Close to the airport and wonderful for an early morning flight, the hosts are very lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, everything was in working order. To be honest the air con was great on a hot day, and close to some to shops.

The suite is large and comfortable, well-equipped and the environment is great. We arrived at around 7 o'clock in the morning, and the front desk enthusiastically allowed us to go to the changing room of the exquisite gym (semi-outdoor) to wash up. We stayed in the direction where we can see the stadium, but unfortunately there are no photos of the room and balcony. Nice hotel

I chose this hotel near the airport because I had to rent a car and fly to Brisbane Airport early in the morning. The hotel is easy to find, the left side of the road. After the arrival, the standard room was not available. We gave us a lot of large bed sheets. The room is small and compact, but it can't be an extra bed. There is no noise when resting. The hotel has convenient parking, and it is a gas station next door. It is also very convenient to refuel in front of the car. Breakfast is 15 knives, we have not booked in time, it should be in the small cafe on the first floor. After walking, I found that the iPad was gone, and the hotel quickly confirmed that it was coming. Now I am looking for Ctrip.com to bring it back. Ctrip service is great!

Booked the room on line which was easily done. On the day of our booking the motel deducted costs from our credit card and we received further instructions to assess our room,after hours, via outside safe by sms. We obtained our room card without any issues. We booked a standard queen room. The room was basic but well maintained and had a great shower. Motel is within easy walking distance of local restaurants and a Woolworths. Great place for a overnight stay. I would recommend this motel to friends

Before checking in, other reviews said that the uncle at the front desk had a bad attitude, but I met a kind gentleman who patiently guided me, upgraded me to a room with a balcony, and said goodbye to me with a smile when I checked out. It is best to check in before 6 pm. Although the office hours are listed as 8 pm, in fact, the elderly's home seems to get off work at 7 pm. It is true that it is very noisy. It is located at a T-junction and faces a gas station. There are often speeding motorcycles and strong noises from parking trucks. The Brisbane River is right next to it, many people are walking/running, and the scenery and air are good!

The place has a homely cozy feel to it with the room having the amenities you would be looking for like the tall dining table area that has the tea, coffee and kettle with the microwave. I quite liked the clean bed linen and the fluffy pillows. The bathroom is compact as it must be. The manager to the place Ms Lin, was very friendly and very helpful with all sorts of information you may want related to Brisbane. Riverview Motel is conveniently located close to the river side which is beautiful for a lovely morning or evening stroll. Also just twenty minutes away from the Central Business District in Brisbane not mention quite a few dining options I less than ten minutes of a walk from Riverview Motel.

The room was very clean and the bed in the standard room was two single beds of about 90 cm. The hotel may be an old couple. The people are very kind and kind. I booked the accommodation there because I was two big and two small on the second day of the plane. The hostess took me to the room and told me that the bed might not sleep, but if I don’t mind, she also allows me to stay. And told me that there were extra blankets and pillows that allowed us to sleep on the carpet. We left the hotel at 3:30 in the morning, so just a few people would be one night. Daddy sleeps on the carpet, but it is very comfortable and there is nothing bad. Thank you very much for the warm reception of the store. I was afraid we didn't have enough water to provide us with drinking water and sent me chocolate. Thank you very much.

Location is perfect close to new cruise port and airport with lots of surrounding cafes cinema and shops and a short five minute walk to river ferry for trips to Brisbane South bank and City shops Apartments are spotless and good value for money Manager Tracy is a great asset and makes it a pleasure to stay with her help and knowledge What a difference it makes when you find such a nice combination of great management, location and comfort Well done Tracy

I was having a late check in, confirming this 2 days prior to overnight stay, and was told by receptionist (who answered the phone in that morning) that I would receive a text/email with details of how to get into the hotel. However this never occurred, and the day of arrival I rang 8 times during office hours (2.30-5pm) to get instructions, all of which were never answered. And on ringing Qantas hotel assistance, I was on hold for 42 mins to them as they also, could not get any reply to phone calls etc to the hotel reception, again all during afternoon office hours before 5pm. Ringing after 5pm got through to the afterhours contact people who told me there was a phone at the hotel door to ring them and they would give me the details on arrival. Which was exactly all that was needed. The information given by the receptionist originally was of no help, and the reception phone not being answered most of the afternoon was extremely poor. The phone in my room was completely dead and not working when I went to book a taxi back to the airport. The aircon was on full bore and couldnt be turned off. But the duvet was thick and warm which at least made it warm enough to sleep. The room was tidy and clean, but given the very poor reception assistance and communication (and not actually answering their phones during the afternoon) I would certainly not recommend this hotel unless you actually arrive during daytime hours when hopefully there MAY be a staff member who could assist you. Either that or wait for the afterhours contracted people who were so much more helpful.

It is a bit inconveniently located far from the city center and there’s no real restaurants or shops around. When I first checked in to the original room it smelled very bad and I started getting a headache. They said it’s the smell from the new carpet and they might have used glue or something. I was happy with my new room but it had another issue that I keep hearing banning noise day and night. I inquired about this to multiple workers but the only I thing I heard was they have no idea where the noise was coming from. The service was ok generally but one of the housekeepers kept coughing and made me really uncomfortable to get my room cleaned. Also, usually other hotels give one hour complimentary late check out but only this hotel didn’t allow any late check out. One good thing about this hotel was that they had really big smart tv and I could watch Netflix and YouTube. Overall, my experience at this hotel wasn’t too great and I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel unless you have a car and not too sensitive to noises.
