It was a cozy place to stay in. Room is clean and spacious even if you have lots of luggages. Loved the mini kitchen/dining, very aesthetic. Although the sink is quite small, especially if you're washing the utensils but, still manageable š. Tram station is just a few steps away, going to and from to other places is not an issue.

The room was very big, and the receptionist was very nice. She allowed check-in at 9 o'clock in the morning, which saved me from having to travel all night! ! !
Very cost-effective, 10-15 minutes walk from Surfers Paradise.
Travelled for business on this occasion. Myself and family have stayed at this property many times. The location is really convenient, its a proper functioning hotel. Check in was really easy and fast. Scored a good room upgrade as well. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service was good . So I would recommend this hotel.
Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments was a great place to stay for our family. The management was helpful. Rooms were of a good size. The location is quiet. It is a easy walk to catch the G:tram. This makes getting to Surfers Paradise or other locations easy. Riding the G is also much cheaper and easier than trying to find parking for the car. While we were there, there were few people using the pool. Our grandkids had a great time... and mostly had the pool to themselves. I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator.(My fault for not checking.) Being on the third floor normally wouldn't have been an issue. Because of health issues for one of our family members, it would have been easier if we had been on a lower floor. If I had contacted the management when booking they said they would have tried to give us a lower floor. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.
Hotel-style apartment, the balcony can see the Pacific Ocean, facilities have kitchen, kitchenware, tableware, surf bathtub, washing machine and dryer, health conditions are OK, suitable for family vacation.

Excellent
GGuest UserModerate room with everything nearby, the pool is especially nice & Japanese restaurant is a must try
AAnonymous UserThe hotel room is clean and housekeeping services are good. The only issue is that the car park is not free. Take note if you do plan to go to the ****** to play, always take a ticket when you enter the car park and when any of your travel mates have earned 5 tier points in the ****** with the star club card, go claim the free car park and you can save on paying for it.
You can rent a car and go places like Yatala Pies and eat great pies.
GGuest UserThis is my second stay. It should be the best hotel (apartment) in Surfers Paradise. Generally, apartments are cleaned every three days, but Soul cleans every day. The location is very good. Just downstairs and across the road is the beach. There are many restaurants around, which is convenient for dining. The room is very large and spacious, very suitable for family travel. I will choose Soul again next time. It's really great!
GGuest UserVery nice resort, with a big pool under the sun. Front-dest provided great services, very helpful. Restaurant and bar had fairly tasty good, with take-away option too.
GGuest UserHad an upgrade from an Executive Suite to Family Suite giving more room space with views of the beach and daily room services kept our Suite fresh and clean. The Breakfast menu was always our go to and got us ready for our busy day. Thank you Novotel Surfers Paradise for always making our stay feeling like home.
GGuest UserCalled the hotel to advise of our late check in. Had been driving 16 hours and had a snappy receptionist check me in. The process was unusually long and was not given any information of carparking or breakfast (which was included). The girl at the reception failed to provide basic information on the hotel such as wifi, carpark, breakfast and amenities. This was just before 1am so I decided to let it slide. At about 2am, I rang to ask for toothbrush kit and shower cap and she had come up to the room and said that thereās no toothbrush kit and to go to the convenience store where it will be cheaper for me. Now Iām confused, what an odd comment to make, I didnāt realise I needed the cheaper option but okay. I then advised her that I had food being delivered and requested if she could bring it up to the room. She said yes of course and advised me to inform the delivery driver to drop it off at reception to her. I did exactly that and received a call minutes later, asking me to come down to pick it up. Clearly, Iām confused as we literally had this conversation less than 10 minutes prior. She asked me to come down and when I asked if she could bring it up as discussed, she asked me if I was about to take a shower. I said as a matter of fact, it is and then she said yeah well you have to come down. At this point Iām beyond irritated because firstly, what a bloody odd question to ask a guest at 2am in the morning. I went down and got it myself, have no issues with doing that but definitely have an issue when I was advised otherwise and then met with such poor service. Been to so many hotels and have had no issues, first time experiencing such poor customer service, unprofessionalism and attitude from what was meant to be a warm and friendly reception staff. Next day, staff were great and breakfast was adequate with the basic breakfast variety.
GGuest UserLocation is near to surfer paradise north tram station. Nice ocean view. 1 aircon was leaking, the other aircon had noises. Housekeeping didn't turn up, we stayed for 7 nights. Dish washing detergent and sponge were not provided, we are unable to wash utensils at the kitchen. The dishwasher does not get the utensils clean...

GGuest UserIts a very old hotel, room was quite clean inside however in much need of a renovation as so much was old, slightly broken and outdated. The outside area (bbq and pool) was incredibly dirty and neglected. Tiles all cracked inside the āsmall poolā which im sure was supposed to be a spa that doesnt work and everything was mouldy and unkept.
The location is good if you want to be near caville ave.
Paying and extra $15 per night for parking isnt reasonable on top of the booking cost. This is maybe a 3 out of 10
Kids liked the water slide which was the only redeeming quality.
GGuest UserFirstly, the room was excellent, ultra clean with bath and shower. The sheets were exemplary, bed very comfortable as were the pillows.
Bar fridge and microwave, toiletries in the bathroom.
Towels excellent.
Airconditioning excellent.
I was excited to see a very large, modern wide screen TV with onboard Android system.
Disappointed that no internet connection (so I could have used my own passwords for my streaming services.
Even more disappointed that there was no aerial connected, but I had brought my own tech and internet. I just switched off the TV.
Imagine my extreme displeasure to board the 3rd floor lift at 05:00 to have the doors closed - but no button worked!
I WAS TRAPPED IN THE LIFT!!!
I pressed the yellow emergency button for 5 seconds - no answer - pressed multiple times.
I phoned the hotel main number, so they could press the lift call button - no answer.
I phoned the 24/7 emergency 1300 number. The operator said she would send someone out - who would phone me with an ETA.
Getting anxious, being 60 years old with a heart condition, I dialled 000 to call the POLICE!
The dispatcher commended me on remaining so calm.
I assured her, being very hot in cramped spaces with very little air was definitely not conducive to my remaining calm.
They said to call 000 back if I got out before the fire brigade arrived.
Five minutes later I heard voices outside. Someone heard my banging on the lift doors and cries for help.
I GOT OUT
That night the guy on reception said sorry.
I explained that, although the room was marvelous - and that I did eventually get out, a man of my age and I'll health could have died - why wasn't anyone on duty to answer the damn lift emergency phone?
He said he was sorry.
