Good value for money and location close to shops which was a good think because on both occasions that we stayed, despite ordering breakfast on the first occasion it arrived minus the raisen toast and on the second occasion did not arrive at all. Explanation was ”Oh sorry” and nothing else. Bit disappointing really.

The room was clean and neat, had everything that we needed for our 3 nights stay in Forster. Beds were super comfy that we had good sleep. Could hear sounds from neighbouring rooms when the hair dryer is on or talking, but not exceptionally loud. Overall we were happy with our stay and would book again in the future!

I stayed at Bella Villa with my partner and our sick 2 year old daughter. We were in our way home from a wedding in Byron Bay and had been driving all day with a toddler. The room was clean and comfortable, and after a walk to grab some dinner and stretch our legs we settled in early for the night. It was quiet and we had all we needed for a cup of tea and hot shower before heading off early the next day. After arriving back in Sydney the next day and unpacking from the trip I realised I’d lost my wallet! I called Bella Villa and they found it in a drawer, and sent it back to me via express post that very day. I’m so appreciative of the exceptional customer service and will definitely stay there again!

We stayed as a last minute decision while traveling and it was a great decision. Easy to book, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the family room was very comfortable and clean. And it is close to restaurants as well. We will be back to stay for a few nights next time.

We booked for three nights and stayed with two other couples. The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. Room was serviced daily and everything was replenished. The pool area was clean and a number of people went swimming. Separate area for smokers away from the pool and BBQ area. Big shout out to Michelle for her service. Thank you.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Deluxe room. The property is centrally located, with attractions in Forster at a walk-able distance. The room had all the amenities that one would expect in a standard motel - microwave, fridge, sink, cutlery etc. The bed was comfortable & we had a peaceful stay. Overall a pleasant stay & we would love to stay here again.

We stopped over at Forster for one night on our way home to Sydney from Coffs but on entering the room immediately wished we were staying longer. The room was spacious and had a balcony with (albeit only) partial ocean views (which was fully disclosed on the booking website) but what impressive views they still were. It was lovely sitting on the balcony having a morning coffee whilst watching the surf and being treated to (many) whales frolicking in front of us. The location is absolutely superb - right on the Foster main beach front and only a few minutes walk to the town centre. The staff were lovely- it makes such a difference when everyone you encounter says hello. Customer service 101 but still stands out when you receive this welcome.

The food was above and beyond what was expected! The chicken burger was amazing. The chicken batter was nothing like I’d had before (so light and crispy), and the sauce was amazing! But…the absolute highlight was the Barra special with the smashed spuds and salad. It was something else. Looked and tasted absolutely amazing. Put this on your regular menu!!!! Will definitely be back again!

We only had one night in Forster on our road trip. We were so glad we chose Forstay from among numerous motels in the town. The location is a short walk to a wide range of restaurants and shops. Our room was exceptionally clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure, the curtains were dark, the towels were fluffy and the room had everything we needed - toaster, microwave, kettle, a fridge, tea, coffee, biscuites, cutlery, glassware, and crockery. The motel is quiet and very close to both the beach and the lake. The reception staff were very welcoming and informative about the region. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the region. Highly recommend.
