Great staff and very attentive to some issues we had with the room at the beginning and everything went well ….until …. At 12 midnight we woke up with excruciating screams of a woman (drunk? **************? Echoing in the car yard , Banging on our and other doors and cars using F words …running around like a mad.. then I heard One of the guests yelling shut the…up then he called the pub security and they came to trying to calm the woman she wouldn’t stop and the man next door was very angry yelling at her to shut up… after 15-20 min security and one of the night staff escorted the woman who stayed next door to us, she drove off when still screaming and constantly horning her car After she left I opened the door very shaky and spoke to the staff and advised her how stressful and scared I was about the situation waling up with this noise. Then i checked our car to see if it was damaged or not, luckily wasn’t. She said she will get her manager to call me on Monday to refund or work something out (a free room next time, etc) she said the same thing to the man who was next door and upset about the situation Absolute NIGHTMARE absolutely!!!! Staff are really nice though. They tried their very best.

Binda at reception was very good and tries his best to help you. Room is cleaned everyday and a simple breakfast provided. Close to shops

Good stayed, clean hotel and great facilities, comfortable bed, always had a good sleep and clean room , all the staff are great always smile and helpful, great location , walking distance to train stations, shopping mall and restaurants. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay at Novotel Hotel again in future.

Beautiful rooms and spacious shower, will definitely be back if I have to return to the area.

Very nice. Only cleanliness issue was smell from floor drain that I fixed by plugging the vanity basin, nearly filling it and then flushing the drain. Other issue was single mattress way too soft for my wife who gets sciatica. We turned the mattress over and it made it bearable.

The right hotel if you want to go to Blacktown raceway

It's far from downtown Sydney, so it's not suitable for people traveling to the center of Sydney, but the neighborhood is quiet and like a small country, so I was able to make a different trip. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet place.
