Find the Cheap Cashmere Hotels

This restaurant is in the suburbs of Brisbane. It is very far from the city. It costs $100 to take a taxi. It is inconvenient to buy things. Even taking a taxi is very difficult. If you don’t like to see the scenery, it is recommended not to stay in this hotel 

Beautiful hotel and easy check in process. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly. Disappointing the hotel does not have its own private cafe, or in house restaurant... one has to walk up the road and cross the street to get to those completely separate and public facilities. The room was not clean... specifically, the very dark carpets had been vacuumed, but there was visible dust and debris on the skirting boards and around all edges of the carpets. Otherwise the rooms were nice, however the view out over the expansive Woolworths roof top was ugly beyond words. No dining table or even chairs in the room, which rendered any hope of room service, quite pointless. Parking was easy. Price was reasonable. The swimming pool looked like a sad after thought, squeezed into a corner, right beside the driveway into the hotel car park. The primary reason I've rated the hotel low on average, is because I am most unhappy that the $100 hold placed (no charges incurred against it) on my credit card, that I was assured would be released in full at checkout (which was Sunday 9/10/22), is still, three business days on, being held by the hotel. I emailed hotel reception about this Tuesday and was assured it had been done. Today (Wednesday 12/10/22) I am still waiting. I emailed the hotel again and asked for a receipt showing the release had been made and note it is dated 11/10/22, confirming they only released it 3 days after check out and upon my making contact to raise it with them. $100 is a significant sum to not be able to access in my account and furthermore shows this hotel cannot be trusted with guest credit cards. I don't doubt there was every chance the hotel would not have released the hold and only did so when I emailed them about it. My advice to potential guests is to give them a $100 cash hold, so you get it back immediately, or if giving them you credit card, ensure you check you statement to confirm holds are released back to your account. The hotel does not have a right to these funds and they must make it a priority to respect guests and honour their trust and release funds immediately on check out. I've now had to lodge a dispue with my bank to get this sum released.

A cozy hotel, good hosts. Excellent view and cozy atmosphere as in the village. Hotel on the territory of the wine shop. Wine can be bought there, it is delicious. Minus - no reception and only call when you arrive. Maybe it won't suit those who don't have an Australian SIM card.

Loved this place, reception staff are always so nice the rooms are that of close to a 5 star rating the only reason it’s not a full 5 star is the pool is small and no gym facilities etc but rooms with spa in them are amazing will definitely be back!!!

We selected this motel as it was conveniently located on the northside of Brisbane and was handy to rail connections into the city. The room (a ”New King”) was a good size and well-furnished. It was clean and comfortable with a good-sized car park right in front of our suite. Despite being located beside the Bruce Highway, the traffic-noise was less than expected. A couple of points concerned us. Firstly, although the bathroom was nice and clean, the tiled floor of the shower was extremely slippery (possibly the fault of the cleaning-agent used). This was a ”nightmare” and required taking more than usual care. We can recommend this as a reasonably-priced and well maintained motel and would certainly stay again.

Wonderful motel with great amenities. The management are very accommodating and do a great job of maintaining the property to a high standard.

Saw on FB hotel bistro has been renovated & menu revamped soo decided to try it. Turned up with no booking on a Saturday night and it was busy. Outdoor area has nice seating and small area dedicated for children play (slide etc) and several families using it. Indoors bistro is clean, well spaced tables, warm welcome and waitress found us a table. Menu has lots of choices and price ranges. Order via QR code or at bar. I ordered via QR code which was easy to navigate & friend chose the bar option. We all had the roast dinner (seniors $17:90, non seniors $22:90), Coke Zero ($5:50), friend had different wines. Food arrived quickly, good portion and nicely presented. Meat was cooked well as were potatoes & pumpkin, other veg slightly over cooked but I prefer al a dente. Definitely will go back
