Thank you, Brisbane Street Studios! Our stay was perfect. Everything we need is in the room. The location is perfect as it is near bus stops and stations, plus grocery stores!! Tim and the rest of the staff are helpful and responsive on our requests prior and during our stay! You’re the best!
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable with complete facilities. The service was very attentive and the staff were always smiling and helpful. It is especially worth mentioning that the owner was very enthusiastic and available at any time to solve all our problems. This kind of thoughtful service made us very satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
Stayed in the family unit one night. PROS: easy check in, friendly staff, very comfortable beds, big TV, shower good, close to bus transport into and out of city, restaurant and Cafe next door, quiet at night (back of property room). Easy after hours access.
CONS: room air-conditioning needs service as a strong smell of smoke in the room and no windows that open other than bathroom louvers (mentioned smell to staff who said they would note it).
Note for others: 5G phone antenna 30m outside room and stair access.
Hotel location is in the city center, parking is convenient, there is a pizza shop downstairs, the hotel and the apartment are mixed, the front desk is off work at 6 pm, late to call and take the room card from the safe self-check-in, the hotel is different from domestic, not cleaned every day, Provide necessary towels and garbage bags, close the door very loud
Simple fitness equipment and small swimming pool, as well as BBQ equipment, but the health is generally
Meriton used to live in Brisbane, and this time I booked this hotel apartment near my daughter's residence. The apartment rooms are quite large, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. There is a bus stop within a 5-minute walk, and a shopping mall with restaurants and supermarkets in a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient.
An absolute nightmare to find and check in !
$200 “security deposit “ that they hold onto for so long is boarder line criminal . It’s more than the cost of the studio !
No sofa.
I won’t be returning
