excellent hotel, highly recommend
location is at the main street, and close to the wharf
room is spacious, clean and fully equipped
it's own restaurant is the best part, order a main course and you can enjoy the buffet of high quality appetizer and dessert. the atmosphere is also fantastique, live music is available
We arrived on a Friday afternoon and Simon, the owner, was there waiting for us at the property! He helped us with our bags, and showed us to our apartment on the 3rd floor after a quick elevator ride. The apartment had all amenities -- full kitchen, washer/dryer combo (which we took advantage of after traveling for two full weeks before our arrival at Harbour Cove), comfortable living room furniture, and a double-sink huge bathroom with both a shower and a separate soaking tub ensuite to the separate bedroom. Simon was most attentive when we discovered that there was not enough detergent or towels for our needs when we arrived at the apartment. He left and returned in a matter of minutes with the needed items, and left them for us on the dining room table. He didn't disturb us while we were relaxing on the balcony enjoying the magnificent views, which was very sweet! The views were stunning, and we enjoyed relaxing on the large balcony watching them at different times with the changing tide levels. When we came, it was low tide and the harbour was mostly devoid of water. When we woke up the next morning, we were treated to a harbour full of gorgeous blue water as the tide was in! We loved the changing scenes based on the tides. Simon was also a wealth of information about the town, restaurants to eat at, where to purchase our needed supplies, etc. One of his recommendations for dinner was La Tabella Trattoria. We had the Veal Scallopini. It was delicious! In fact, we loved it so much that we went back the following night and had the same meal!! The apartment is located right on the harbour so boats and the ferry were located right in front of our balcony. It was convenient for our day-long cruise the next morning to the Great Barrier Reef -- a 30 second walk to get to the ship terminal, and also a 30 second walk to the Grayhound Bus terminal which was handy the following morning for our bus excursion up the coast to Cairns. We are so happy that we found this accommodation. It was exceptional!
Good location, near the pier,
Free parking, breakfast included, stovetop and microwave for cooking.
There are family rooms, swimming pools,
It is convenient to have a washing machine for AUD4 and a dryer for AUD3.
We went to Hamilton Island for one night, parked the car at the hotel, and returned for another night.
Overall good, airlie beach is beautiful.
The staff were very good, they also waited in advance to communicate, and introduced the facilities.
That is, there are many mosquitoes, so take good protection.
Very Good

I had a wonderful stay at the Airlie Seaview Apartments! The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service from the manager, George. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. His warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommend staying here!
Positive points: - childfree - in walking distance of the main street (which includes a grocery store, pharmacy, clothes and accessory shops a number of restaurants and cafes and a maccas and pizza shops) - in walking distance to the beach. - Courtesy buses for tours and restaurants will pick you up from this hotel. - Our room had a spa bath. - Beds are comfy. - Ocean view. Negative points: - The plates, cups and cutlery in the kitchen weren't clean. - As a female, not a great deal of security. Some of the fly screens look like they had been slashed because they had been badly ripped apart and the entry door has the old key and lock system. So, if I was travelling alone, I wouldn't have felt safe with very minimal security on the room. - The bathroom floor is quite cheap and rough on the feet.
The room is large, with separate bathroom, separate shower, kitchen, cloakroom. It is not very neat and clean. At the end of August, there was a sheet on the bed. It was too cold. I woke up at 4 o'clock and found that there was a small blanket in the cloakroom. It was too small and about the same size as today. It was covered with two bath towels. The best is the location, shopping around various bars, BWS, Woolworth walk3-5 minutes away. Airport shuttle is also very convenient.

Outstanding
This place was absolutely magical. Literally from the moment we arrived we loved every bit of it. Absolutely stunning views. Beautiful southeasterly breeze whilst sitting either on the beautiful deck of our own amazing boat (cabin), up on the pool or on the gorgeous couches in the reception area. Every part of this place was lovely. The gardens are beautifully looked after. The cabins had the best views and were super clean. I loved all the little thoughts, umbrellas, bug spray, great mini bar selection. The breakfast was perfect, loved the variety and little daily surprises salmon crepe or berry pancakes. It is super close to the northerlies restaurant which we went to a few times but we were also able to get the free shuttle bus into Airlie which was super handy 15 minutes up the road. I have to say that every single staff member was beyond lovely, not forced or over the top but appeared genuinely happy and friendly. I didn’t catch his name but the property manager was just so hospitable and naturally engaging. He has to be one of the loveliest hosts I have met in my travels. I can not recommend this place more highly, perfect to get away from all the busy rigmarole and just chill.
GGuest UserThe Mirage is a gorgeous hotel with modern rooms and breathtaking views. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment (room 53) which overlooked the sea and the pool. The apartment was spacious and had all amenities. It’s a 5min cab ride to the main ***** in Airlie Beach which costs $10 each way. The hotel also offer a free shuttle at 10:30am and 2:30pm daily which was handy. Now to go over the not so great aspects of hotel. The rug in room 53 is stained, dirty and I had to ask for someone to come up to vacuum it when I arrived because I didn’t want my baby crawling on it. Even with the vacuum it was still disgusting. The rug needs to go! The bed heads need to be replaced as the material is flaking and gets all over the bed. The shower screens were not cleaned at all. Standard of cleaning must be improved. The breakfast is pretty average, presentation, quality and variety needs to be improved. The portable clothes line in our laundry was old and broken, needed to be thrown out and not offered to guests in that state. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
Aamr3zzTo be honest one of the most friendly staff I have ever met during my travels, shout out to the experts in the reception for organizing our tour and special thanks for Rachel for making our vacation more fun and explainong all the tours and fun activities in Details
AAnne37ScalEasy checkin even after hours, and very responsive via email. The location is a bit past town but there is a nice store and cafe about a 1.5 km walk down a busy highway. We didn’t do the walk so I can’t vouch for shoulder/sidewalk etc. Tons of families, and many quite loud. Cockatoos and kookaburras everywhere, also loud but very fun. Nice greenery around the park. Local tours do pickup here. Office hours are pretty short and unreliable. Major drawback - there’s one bathroom building for everyone (besides en suite or cabins), which happens to be a fairly long walk from the grass sites. However it was rarely busy even at peak morning shower time. Just a 2.5-3 minute walk from the back of the park. The grass sites are basically the camper’s dog’s toilets and there are fleas or some other small biting bug infesting the grass. Bring repellent and cover yourself, or avoid the grassy sites. Not the fault of the property, just a note. If I had it to do over again we’d book an en suite campsite - more private, with toilets. Overall, okay but not great if you’re child free and looking for a chill quiet spot.
YYINGVery good, the back door is the beach pool. I called the boss at two o'clock in the afternoon to tell us that we arrived at six o'clock. He said that he hanged the phone, then sent a text message to me, telling me that the password was taken from the box, and after that. Take the envelope, inside is the precautions and room key, half self-service bar is, this place is relatively small, not far from a pizza shop is particularly delicious, highly recommended
GGuest UserWe loved our stay at The Boathouse Apartments! The rooms were spacious and super clean with an amazing view over the marina. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. We loved the pool and tennis court and there’s a great coffee shop downstairs The location is one of the best in Airlie - an easy flat walk up to the Main Street, lagoon and cruise terminal. Everything we needed was close by. Will definitely stay here again.
BBowtellWe absolutely loved staying at Mango House. It’s only a 5 minute bus ride to Airlie Beach centre and has a supermarket, cafe and post office just across the street from it. The room was amazing - as backpackers we were very excited to see a washer and a dryer to use for free! The pool and garden are lovely too. 10/10 would recommend. Pam, the owner, was an gem and even dropped us at the bus stop to catch our greyhound bus.
YYINANBecause I had mistaken the flight for the original three nights and turned into two nights, I called the front desk, and the duty manager Gene was very good to give up the first night’s room rate, bringing a bad episode to the trip. The stock is clear; but the hotel is generally clean, a bit far from the port of airlie, walking for half an hour, taxi 10 knife, go out is a taxi can also accept; bad is too many ants, 8-6 points The time is almost no service, gave an emergency call, may only solve the big thing like fire or life, our room is not quilt, we don’t plan to solve it once, hang up once, the attitude is very bad, if not Gene, then nice This hotel is absolutely three points. In the case of the question of the quilt, it is fair ok. Children love the outdoor pool.
GGuest UserThe room was way outdated, the bed was that hard you may as well had slept on the floor the room was so tiny with the bed and a bunk bed in it. The food was super expensive, looked nice from outside but will definitely not be staying here ever again. Was going to stay another night but they put the price up so ventured onto bowen and found a lovely motel with a bigger room better bedding and the owner of the place went out of his way to help out, I will definitely use this place called Bluewater Harbour Motel. Much cheaper as well.
YYoYOWengtoo small to see the end
The suitcase can't fit... directly opposite is a bar, a group of people sitting on the street facing the window, a bit awkward
The facade is relatively small, and there is a parking lot behind
The location is good
But the price is not high
The hotel is almost the same as the 200-300 express hotels in China
