My son was not well. N the receptionists did all they can to call us doctors . My son is good now. Thank God The reception. Are Just simply amazing. We stayed from 19 to 20 May. I m still here but I can’t wait write a good review Because my son was not well. He can’t do the 5 courses dinner. I went down to grab a quick dinner. I told the manger n waitress. They are so kind. N allowed me to bring bread n soup up. I ended up with good toasted bread. They offered. How nice of them. Now back to hotel itself. The tea break was lovely. The dinner wonderful I had my own dinner. My hubby n I took turn to eat as our son not well. But really nice food n service. We are 100% coming back here again Oh the pool. The indoor n outdoor. It’s wonderful. My son enjoyed himself Welcome drinks offered. Hotel rooms old style but the toilets n many things are obviously renovated Shower is great bed is great There’s nothing I don’t like I travel a fair bit around Europe. This was our eighth visit to the Alpenpark Hotel in the past 19 years. Since first going on 2005 to this latest trip the quality, service, accommodation was and is still excellent. Our restaurant server, Kristina was both charming and responsive. She sorted all our request and we missed her on her days off ! Asia in the Sports Bar continues to be a great host and runs that facility brilliantly. We did not spend much time with Manfred in the main bar, but as ever his service is also excellent. I would 100% recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone. From the front desk staff to the room service people, the entire hotel is outstanding. We can't wait to come back again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seefeld Post with its position right in the centre of the village – bars, shops and restaurants on the doorstep. We had a Rosshutte room and it appeared that the room had been renovated in the fairly recent past. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious with a very comfy bed and plenty of storage. There was a kettle and cups for those who need it. The balcony had a table and 2 chairs with a lovely view toward the Roshutte. We particularly liked the ensuite shower room, the toilet was separate. Food was very good with plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. At breakfast we chose our evening meal main course. The Evening meal salad buffet starter is very good this followed by a soup course and desert always help yourself from the buffet. Our waiter was mostly Anton who looked after us very well although the other staff were very nice too. We must not forget the ladies and young gentlemen on reception who always had a smile when we passed This is a great hotel if you want to be in the centre of the village (no problems with noise in our room 204) with loads of walks for all abilities in the surrounding mountains.

PP WThe location of the hotel is perfect. It has a great backdrop with mountain view and an open field view in its front yard, separating it from the crowds of busy hotel in the centre. The train station is within sight (basically in front of you) and it is within walking distance to the city centre and the Congress centre. It has great facilities with hot sauna, mist sauna and infrared thermotherapy in the basement. The breakfast has all you want to start your day. The staff, especially Andrea and Christina, are very friendly and helpful, making the stay like home. All in all, the hotel gives a very cozy, homely, comfortable feeling. I will definitely stay there again!

TTrip57484296364The first impression of this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is smiling and very willing to help. The room we had chosen was cosy clean and well laid out, although slightly dated. It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The bathroom was nice and modern. There was English television to watch in the evenings when we didn't feel like going out which was a nice thing to have. The food is amazing! We stayed over the Christmas period and there was a lot of festive cheer on Christmas Eve. There was singing and the Christmas story around the Christmas tree before we went in to dinner which was lovely. Christina the owner of the hotel gave each lady a small Christmas gift which was a really nice touch. We were treated to a 7 course meal on Christmas Eve and every course was absolutely delicious. On other evenings we were given a five course meal if we chose to have everything on offer. The Chef( Christina's husband Mario) had also prepared a three course meal for people watching their weight. Christina really knows the wines to have with each meal. She has a wealth of knowledge of the wines of the region and country. There really is no shortage of good quality and beautifully prepared food and wine to delight the guests. This is also true of the breakfasts. There really is an amazing range of food to choose from at breakfast. No need to go hungry! My husband used the sauna regularly. He really enjoyed the surroundings and peace and quiet. Christina and Mario, have worked very hard to make sure the guests have everything they need at their hotel. We would very much like to visit again in the future.

Beinah vergessen, diese Bewertung zu schreiben. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof, daher ist es recht laut, allerdings sind die Fenster top. Das Zimmer ist modern, mit dem Wesentlichen ausgestattet und es hat ein schönes Bad. Es ist groß genug, so dass man auch mit einem Kind ganz gut zurecht kommt. Das Bett war sehr angenehm. Für einen längeren Ski-Aufenthalt gibt es etwas wenig Stauraum. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine kleine Sauna mit Ruheraum und eine Terrasse. Wir haben pro Nacht mit Frühstück 250 € bezahlt, das ist in der Hauptsaison für Seefeld zwar okay aber nicht gerade günstig. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Bezahlen Sie am besten bar, mit der App wird man abgezockt. Wenn man tagsüber mit seinem Auto am Skilift steht, ist das preislich gar nicht so schlimm. Am besten nicht hinter dem Hotel parken, dort ist es sehr teuer. Weitere Parkplätze gibt es rechts vom Bahnhof. Besonders positiv sind uns die super netten Mitarbeitenden beim Frühstück und Empfang (nur bis 16:00 Uhr) in Erinnerung. Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung, der Bereich ist zwar etwas eng, aber absolut ok. Schwierig ist es, in Seefeld gut essen zu gehen. Reservieren Sie am besten rechtzeitig bei den wenigen guten Restaurants in Seefeld. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt im Max.

Very Good
We've stayed in Seefeld for many years but this was the first time staying in this hotel, although we have used the pool facilities on previous stays. We arrived by train which is a 5 min walk from the hotel, but they insisted on sending a car to collect us and help with our luggage. This was above and beyond great customer service!! The welcome we received from the staff on reception was exceptional. It was apparent that they wanted to make every effort to ensure we had a good stay. Welcome drink was offered on arrival. We booked half board and the food was wonderful every night. Good choice for mains and drinks included which was a real bonus. The free afternoon cake was delicious (pay for drinks) and was enough to keep you going until dinner time. Breakfast was great too with all the usual offerings in an Austrian hotel. We had the same table everyday for breakfast and dinner and the waitress who was on every morning and evening for the whole week we stayed, was very pleasant and attentive. She looked after us really well. We used the whirlpool everyday and the new quiet lounge in the pool area was lovely to chill out in. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the town. Overall this hotel offers great value for money. Can't recommend it enough. We've booked to come back in summer 2024. More
