The staff in the hotel are the best I’ve ever come across . I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in the uk and the staff aren’t very better than any other I’ve been in . Please open one in Sheffield then we can ditch leonardos. Nice touch with the duck and pack of biscuits

Booked on behalf of my son via trip.com No worries about doing this, as could clearly add on the note section that I was booking for someone else. Saved at least £25 rather than going onto the hotels direct site.

A little gem of a hotel. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms are of a decent size with a big king bed of which was amazingly comfy. Ordered room service and it was fantastic, tasty and prompt! Highly recommend
