Reemdale is best place I think because there is everything available which a person need .
We can cook , we can eat anything , we can enjoy the peacness there .
This is a lovely place
The manager over them is very humble and nice .

The owner not on the premises, couldn’t even get in the front door, another guest eventually let us in. The key to the room didn’t work, cat on the bed, stains on the chairs, toilet not flushed, absolutely stank of cigarette smoke and worse, kitchen had food left on side and bin overflowing. no breakfast, WiFi £4.99 per hour, other guests in lounge smoking and drinking cans of lager - rather intimidating, bathroom internal window overlooks the staircase - couldn’t shower unless you wanted other guests watching. Owner not available by phone, wouldn’t return call. Firepit outside revolting, surrounded by empty beer cans. As a single traveller I would not recommend to stay here, as a couple it was bad enough, this place is not recommended for human occupants.

Comfortable stopover, with spacious lounge and kitchen facilities. Also included a plentiful continental breakfast. Owner not on premises but will respond by phone. Perfect for our journey from Cumbria to London as close to the motorway but peaceful and green.

Customer service terrible. I rang to book direct with them and a gentleman promised to ring me back within 45mins. This did not happen even after I text my details and the date I wanted to stay. The next day I left a voice message and yet again no reply whatsoever. Obviously they do not need the business

Phil's hospitality and laid back friendliness was outstanding. Great take away breakfast when I asked for it. Room comfortable clean and well presented, and great value for money. He is open to feedback on ways to improve the hotel and focused on making it a relaxed welcoming place.
