I stayed here for a week for work by myself. I would happily come here for romance or with family: Great location in town, big comfy bed, everything in the room worked as you would expect. The dinner was great every night with an ever changing 3 course menu. The standout point for me, are the staff. Friendly but not overbearing, courteous but not too polite. Over the week I had a few little things that I needed help with. Reception just went above and beyond to make it so. Genuine value for money too compared to elsewhere locally. Ci vediamo pronto. Thank you for looking after me.

The location was good. Everything else was average. Problems at check in (but we do realize these things happen), staff not friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean but a tired looking. It was adequate but not sure I would stay again.

Ottima posizione e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci siamo trovati bene, personale gentile e stanze ampie e pulite. Si può parcheggiare negli spazi a disposizione dell'hotel. Sul cibo non siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, ma per tutto il resto lo consigliamo vivamente.

Struttura comoda per la sua posizione centralissima. Personale cortese, colazione abbondante e casalinga. Ben frequentato. Pulizia buona , il bagno ha tutte le asciugamani che possono essere utili. Il personale di sala per la colazione molto efficiente. Lo consiglio

Grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Ero in moto e mi hanno permesso di metterla nel loro patio per la notte. Stanza grande, comoda, pulita. Ma la vera sorpresa è stato il ristorante, eccellente. Anche la colazione ha un'ampia scelta, presente sia il salato che il dolce.

sono stata con la mia famiglia all' hotel le mura di città di castello. Non posso dire nulla sul servizio perché tutti molto gentili e disponibili pulizia direi 8/10 la stanza era abbastanza pulita e letto comodo. Sul buffet della colazione non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi fornitissimo di qualsiasi cosa dal cibo alle bevande. Devo dire un gran bell'hotel

La struttura è effettivamente datata negli arredi e nelle dotazioni. Di positivo la posizione appena dentro le mura ma a pochi passi dal centro e dunque dai monumenti principali. Effettivamente la disponibilità di posti auto nella strada lungo l'hotel è esigua ma stavolta è andata bene e per noi il posto c'era. Prezzo in linea con la sistemazione fornita.

Questo hotel è nel bellissimo centro storico della città. È arredato con mobilia molto datata, anni 70. La mia camera era confortevole, con discrete dotazioni. Peccato trovare, nel bagno, il cestino con i segni della presenza del precedente ospite. La colazione è stata buona, con una discreta varietà. Conto corretto.
