No words can describe our unforgettable experience at Castellucio. We spent 2 night at this amazing place with intriguing history. Our hosts Benoit and Laura treated us like family. The place and the views are breathtaking. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious . The room was spacious and comfortable. The property has a pool and a spa but we did not have a chance to use them. We just want to go back

What an outstanding experience. Katja and Alessandro are a dream of hosts team. Friendly but not intimidating, helpful on questions around what to do, which road is the best to go to.... etc. The location is a dream, an old castle recently renovated with six guest rooms. The rooms are equipped with all amenities you need, big rooms with loads of space and big bathroom. All located in a quiet environment but still walking distance to Citta Della Pieve. Whenever you are in the region, you have to plan your stay there. It is worth every penny (well cent) you have to pay. Nothing else then highly recommend this place. Ah... the food... The restaurant prepares freshly local food on a high level. When you think it is finally over, Alessandro comes around the corner with some "extras" you have to try. La mama is preparing all the delicious sweets for the morning for breakfast. Just fantastic.

Sun from the moment I arrived I was captivated by this structure that turned out to be an oasis of peace and elegance. We were welcomed in the best possible way and everything was done to make us feel at ease. The room was very spacious, tastefully decorated, faithful to the nature of the historic residence, with every comfort (hot drinks set and mini-bar, courtesy kit). I never needed to turn on the air conditioning despite the high temperatures because the room was double-exposed and pleasantly ventilated.

We immediately felt welcomed by this wonderful family. Few rooms, one more beautiful and comfortable than the other. Castle cared for in the smallest details. In the lemon house there is a delightful spa. Sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage. Satisfied in everything. The cuisine is phenomenal. The attention to the customer is very high. Katia and family ... you will not get rid of us easily !! Thanks for everything !!

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans la résidence lors de notre périple en Toscane - Ombrie. Très belle étape entre Assise et Le Val d'Orcia, dans ce lieu chargé d'histoire (résidence de la fille illégitime mais assumée de Victor Emmanuel II) Accueil très, très chaleureux par Laura et son compagnon, qui nous ont compté l'historique du lieu et nous ont laissé profiter de la piscine jusqu'au dernier instant de notre séjour. Belle demeure, confortable, déco style XIXième permettant une immersion totale. Belle piscine avec vue panoramique sur la plaine et le lac Trasimène au lointain. Très appréciable compte tenu des températures d'août. C'est un vrai plus. Accès à la ville historique à pied à 5 minutes de marche. Belle étape. On recommande.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido relais per quattro notti. Esperienza magnifica. La camera torretta con la sua terrazza vista borgo e lago è qualcosa di unico. Un luogo tranquillo nel cuore di un paese medievale stupendo. Sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. La struttura è gestita da Laura che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità conferisce al luogo qualcosa di magico. Sembra di soggiornare a casa di amici. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole evadere dalla routine quotidiana e immergersi in un weekend da favola.

Abbimo trascorso il weekend di capodanno in questo meraviglioso castello, la struttura è bellissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza calorosissima, Katia e la sua famiglia sono degli ottimi padroni di casa. Cibo ricercato e di ottima qualità, colazione deliziosa con dolci fatti in casa, cenone di Capodanno semplicemente perfetto. Torneremo al piu presto!
