The pillows a choice of soft or firm was nice and very comfortable beds. Fairly dated hotel but was fine for us. Clean bathroom. Fridge and coffee machine too.

GGuest UserMy second visit to Crystal River. First to the Port Hotel. Spent 4 nights. Ground floor. Relaxing patio.A great, central spot right on the water. Sunsets from most every room. Kayak rentals, fun restaurant, live music, friendly staff.
It’s an old building. Construction is going on next door where the new Port Hotel will be.
Love Crystal River. Great vibe. Swimming with manatee is an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a good value fir the money. They are upgrading the rooms very nicely. The only thing is when we booked our room it was a king bed with a sofa sleeper, but there was no sofa sleeper. The only thing to sit on was the bed or an office chair.
