We came only for the spa, paying for a package that was more expensive because it included a 1-hour private spa session... The truth is that it was disastrous, nothing worked, the water was COLD and there was no one in the hotel or in the spa that could help us or give us a towel or information, even though we called the phone and so on. It was dirty from the previous session or the day before... Cigarette butts and towels, among other things. The room was not bad, but the shower, after leaving the spa ice cream, worked quite poorly too (the shower head was broken). And as for the breakfast buffet, it was good. ABSOLUTE DISASTER, the only good thing was the staff was nice... The hotel is good, but extremely run down...

Spa with cold water and needs improvement, sauna does not work, there are two activities closed due to COVID, when we are back to normal and several buttons do not work in the spa. My room had a window that wouldn't close because the handle was broken and there were loose tiles. And breakfast, almost, almost all pastries, with almost no fruit and no cold cuts or cheese that comes with it. The establishment needs many improvements.

Three of us went for a cycling test. Very friendly reception. No problem storing the bikes in the warehouse. Clean rooms. Very clean and nice bedding. Comfortable bed and pillow. Both the owner Dani and the rest of the team were very attentive and made our stay great. We ate the holiday menu on Sunday (25 euros) and everything was very delicious. We will repeat!

In the place where we are from, when you eat a menu and wine is included, it is understood (if the quantity is not specified) that they give you one bottle per person, that is... ...that is, if one person goes, one bottle, if there are two, they put one and if they order another, they even give you the rest of that to take away if you want. If the business puts one every two people just as they wanted to say during their justification... "IT IS SPECIFIED IN THE MENU" just as they did specifying "Torrija OR coffee" I attach the photos. Well, the person who came out as responsible had a slum attitude saying that he didn't want to see us again. It seems that he felt very bad having to change the two bottles that he added to us a priori. He had to surrender to the evidence but he brought out the bug inside him. Amazing, you just have to read other reviews, where they describe him as a neighborhood pimp, to see that this person has a problem. We are a group of people of Lions origin living in Euskadi, where we have also learned to behave, where we know values ​​such as education, treatment of others, generosity, and even several of us have worked in the hospitality industry and encourage responsible to take a look around there and you will see how no one gets upset with the clients or denies them their reason in the face of a clear fact. The language and treatment on our part was correct and friendly, the same cannot be said about the service. It was embarrassing, despotic, and cocky. We have never seen anything like it, a shame. I am not going to make any more comments, I advise users to read and rate. Phrases like..."this is my house and I do what I want", "leave and don't come back"...deified the individual.
