I was in Villa Cenci as a tour leader for a big group reunion from Poland; we had a two day cycling tour around the trulli area. The place is really fantastic, with a large garden and a swimming pool, ideal for a peaceful stay in the countryside; it is located close to many attractive places of Puglia. The staff was really welcoming and professional. The food was excellent at breakfast and at dinner. Highly recommended.

The hotel was truly amazing, featuring very nice accommodations and staff who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was the breakfast, but I suspect they might still be refining it since they were finishing the season. The people working there were exceptionally friendly, and the hotel's swimming pool and buildings were wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

Plastic cups/ an aggressive waiter at breakfast who was more interested in watching videos loudly as we ate, sat nav takes you to an entrance they have blocked off, 10am check out…dead plants on our stained private terrace…..seriously not worth the money. Which is a shame as the location and pool are lovely and the waitress and front of house man were lovely and very kind. It misses the mark in so many ways.

Puglia is a fantastic place to go on vacation or working, this hotel is absolutely fantastic with a huge poll and etno chic rooms with all the amenities required. It has a large and convenient parking and it's very close by car to all the trulli villages in the area. food is stunning!

Great location among the olive groves just outside Cisternino. Short drives to the local tourist hotspots in Valle d’Itria. Very nice and extensive property. Excellent restaurant. Rooms are a bit sparse.

Unfortunately I think that in life you have to choose whether to be a reception hall or an accommodation facility, a swimming pool, etc. I have been a guest in more than 20 weddings over the years, some even lived directly, but never seen such a thing. Food with a questionable taste (it is true that tastes are personal) but one at a wedding does not expect a home-made birthday buffet ... . Waiters who look at you and since the food is not proportionate they do not help you (parmigiana, rice, potatoes and mussels .... Mixed fries were missing to be a pizza buffet). First courses just tasted .... And our table is still understanding if the dessert buffet could be called that. Honestly, someone could talk about the location ...... , But even if the location is not everything .... in the end a lot of lawn and a swimming pool. Naturally, food tastes are personal, but the evaluation of the type of dishes presented is common ... Ah, leaving out the tastes ..... 2 successive days with intestinal problems. Maybe spending a day at the pool will be fine...I don't know. And finally, while the guests are leaving to go to the parking lot ... the irrigation system starts. Sorry I would not recommend it to any couple

Pas encore au niveau d’un vrai 4 étoiles ! Structure très belle et bien tenue! Piscine suffisamment grande et accessible pour tous. Les trullis font tout leur charme dans un cadre idyllique pour votre bien être ainsi que pour un séjour de repos. Malheureusement il y a pleins de petits détails ou ça ne joue pas en leur faveur pour un 4 étoiles comme par exemple: - Les gobelets en cartons dans la chambre. - Pas de kleenex dans la salle de bain. - Les lits sont trop inconfortables car de vielle génération et encore avec les ressorts. - Le check out a 10h !!! - Petit déjeuner riche et de qualité avec des produits locaux… mais les petits pains surgelés et mis au four ça ne vas pas du tout. De plus en sachant que le pain de blé local coûte pas cher et est excellent… c’est vraiment dommage. - Pendant notre séjour il y avait des ouvriers pour des travaux d’entretien et entre eux ils ne parlaient pas mais ils hurlaient en dialecte… pas top pour se reposer. Le vrai plus de la structure est la gentillesse et serviabilité de tout le personnel… au top !!! J’espère que le propriétaire tiendra en considération ces quelques remarques car il manque pas grand chose pour rendre cet endroit un vrai petit paradis sur terre.
