People who do not speak Indonesian or English are generally not recommended to live, because they need to communicate with the Indonesian third-party platform about the check-in time, and they also need to pay online accommodation deposit. If there is no local card, it is not convenient. If you live often, the deposit will take about 2 months to return.

Worst ever experience during my stay at any hotel . Local agent is not proffesionaly handle customer. We try to check in at appointed time at the hotel but no body to handle during check in. We keep on calling to Customer service and the answer also keep on changing . Finally somebody come to see me but not in proper dress, not recognized from which company. This guy asked me to wait for 15 minutes since the hotel room is not ready, as they need to top up electricity etc, and we have to wait another 45 minutes. After checking in another problem comes : The main door in unable to be locked,, TV not is not working and lastly the air condition was leaking ,, they promised to refund for my deposit Rp200 thousand in 1-3 days working days,, but till todate no money refund yet. Hopefully they can keep promise for refund.
