We were expecting a great experience, as it said it was a five star hotel on *******. It definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel. The check in staff was rude, the sheets & pillows had stains & tears and it was very loud in our room from the restaurant downstairs as well as from other rooms. We would stay elsewhere if we visit Cirencester again.

Unfortunate room problem Unfortunately luxury king bed room we had booked had problems with heating and the hot water so it was too cold to stay in, so we had to be downgraded to a compact double room, nice and warm by comparison, but the bathroom was through a door and down a few steps somewhat of an inconvenience by choice, evening meal although was lovely and plenty of choice for breakfast all cooked superbly so overall not a complete disaster
