Lovely setting, plenty parking. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on restaurants. Just next door there’s a cafe and a pizzeria with a marque type set up and also a van that serves churros, donuts and crepes in the evening. Plenty of walking around and about. Only thing that was a little annoying is not being able to use the pool without booking a spa treatment which we did not do.

Nice location and generally good place although I think property maintenance lacks, there was a lot of dog poo around the property and faults within the room, some of which could be particularly dangerous.

Excellent stay and very warm and welcoming. Good local sites and staff are very friendly upon checkin, giving us a selection of rooms to choose which was most convenient
However the balcony provided was a little dirty and had lots of cobwebs on it

Nice size rooms , some need refurbishing, would like a fridge. Clean but not spotless. Paid extra to have a room with opening doors as it was a hot night and no air conditioning. Disappointed that you have to pay £10 each! To go in the pool as it’s in the spar building ran separately, wasn’t special so we didn’t bother but it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel as it was on their hotel photos and list of amenities which is false advertising!

I had an amazing stay at De Vere Cotswold Water Park. The hotel went above and beyond by decorating the room beautifully and providing thoughtful gifts for our anniversary, making the experience truly special. The serene location with stunning views of the lake added to the charm. The excellent facilities, including the indoor pool, spa services, jacuzzi, steam room, gym, bar, and restaurant, made the stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Every aspect of the experience was thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat.

Pleasant stay at the hotel room spacious with a lovely lake view
Room was clean and comfy mattress was a little too hard for us
Dinner at the adjoining boathouse food was lovely and the service average
Breakfast at the hotel was average hotel Fayre and not great value for money
