Sue & Paul are just wonderful hosts. They were so friendly & welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights in the ground floor room. The place was spotlessly clean with crisp sheets & lots of little added touches. They could not have been more helpful & accomodating - best hosts we’ve ever encountered. We had a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts are fabulous! Paul’s home made granola was a favourite as were Sue’s delicious cooked breakfasts. The scrambled eggs were yummy. The BnB is on the cnr of 2 main roads & the double glazing does make a big difference to noise mitigation however, the pinging of the cross walk was annoying if you had the window open. Husband didn’t hear a thing! So maybe earplugs might be useful if you’re a light sleeper. The town is only a 5 min walk away so very central.

Excellent stay at The Ivy House. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The hosts are attentive to your needs. The breakfasts were excellent. I would highly recommend a stay at this B&B. It is an excellent location. The hosts will provide information on local tourism.

Lovely spot! This is a very convenient location, just minutes from the centre of town. The room was pretty and comfortable, the bed was good too. Sue ands Paul were lovely hosts and the breakfast was delicious. Great on-site parking too. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this Beautiful Guest house for a wedding that was nearby. We were greeted by Paul who was very welcoming and helpful. Both Paul and Sue made sure we in our rooms early as we didn’t have much time before the wedding to get ready. They even arranged our transport to the venue and back through their lovely son Ed! He was so knowledgeable about the area and made us feel like we had known him for ages. The rooms were fresh and clean with all the little extras you could need. Lovely quality bedding and very comfy. Breakfast was all fresh and very tasty with plenty to fill yourself up for the day. I would love to go back and stay there again even uf it was just to visit the family that owns it. A really enjoyable stay.

Lovely stay at the Ivy House last night. Everything was beautifully clean, and we had.a brilliant breakfast. The owners are very friendly which made the stay all the more enjoyable. The guest house is only a five minute walk from the Barn theatre which makes it a good choice if you are going there.

On arrival we where met by Paul, very welcoming and knowledgable on where we could eat. Very clean and quiet room we had a great nights sleep. Lovely breakfast and plentiful. We meet Sue in the morning, Sue was very interesting also very knowledgeable of the local and surrounding area. We used it as a over night stay for Cheltenham Festival, but will now definitely be back for a couple of days to do a bit of sight seeing.

Absolutely brilliant. As a solo motorcyclist I was treated like royalty ! Great location in Cirencester. Beautiful clean room. Amazing breakfast !! Totally recommended for a stay in the Cotswolds.

We booked a one night stay to explore Cirencester, which we had not visited previously. The Ivy House is perfectly situated for walking into the centre of the town. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent - we did not need to eat again for ages! Recommended!

An excellent place to stay. Paul and Sue are friendly and caring hosts. The accommodation is very pleasant and comfortable and very well located; it is only 5 mins walk from the centre of Cirencester The breakfasts are delicious. We thoroughly recommend staying there.
