Excellent place, clean, confi beds and so close to the centre. Very good value for money. Very recommended. We were 4 and had a 4 bedroom just for us!!

Not about the hostel but wow traveller's sure aren't as friendly anymore. Heat was too high, uncomfortable sleep as sweating even with windows open and ita cool outside!

What a lovely place to break up our route from Bath to Oxford on bikes. The host was so helpful! Everything you needed was in walking distance with a clean kitchen to prepare food

Probably the most backpackerish place in the area. Sparkling clean, welcoming staff, super central, comfy kitchen/lounge.

Very small rooms with small beds that are not great for a taller person. You don't get a kettle or TV. I guess the hook on the wall counts as clothes storage! Very very small bathroom more like a narrow broom cupboard. The bathroom is so small that you can't get your knees in position on the toilet as it's too tight against the wall. After showering you have to use the supplied rake to rake the water that spreads into the rest of the bathroom back towards the shower where there is a soak away that doesn't actually drain the water properly whilst you're showering. You do get supplied with clean towels and bedding and everything is mostly clean. I say mostly as visible dust on top of the doors, dirty marks on walls that could do with repainting. You wouldn't want to stay more than one night but personally I wouldn't stay again.
