Booked hotel as advertised with a pool and in a nice part of Italy for a 11 night family (3 of us) holiday. Rooms dated, mould in bathroom, beds uncomfortable. Breakfast limited have to pay for extras that normally are included in breakfast (omelette €6 for example). Bar at pool side closes at 8pm. No entertainment or atmosphere at hotel. Do not book for a family holiday. Pool is an indoor sea water pool, with a heated one with jets. Definitely a long weekend spa for adults hotel. Did not eat dinner or lunch as very formal and no atmosphere. Ended up driving to Forte dei Marmi or walking into Cinquale (5 restaurants to choose from). Went to AlpeMare lido beach club each day rather than hotel due no atmosphere. Do not stay in 59B outside door to room when closed cannot open, had to go through patio door and outside area facing street very noisy.

Séjour en couple avec un chien en septembre 2024 - Etablissement situé sur un immense domaine avec beaucoup d'espaces verts, composé de plusieurs bâtiments d'un étage maximum, avec deux grands parkings privés, et à proximité de la plage publique (accès direct par un portail) - Du marbre de partout, décoration moderne, personnel réellement multilingue et souriant, très grandes chambres et salles de bains, bonne insonorisation, ménage complet (draps changés tous les jours) - grand choix au petit déjeuner (produits frais, pas de congelé), grand choix au diner (la carte du restaurant), très bonne cuisine - Piscine "olympique" couverte accolée à un grand bassin thermal - On est bien dans un 4 étoiles, je vous recommande cet établissement.

Super Preis Leistung! Das super nette Service Personal kümmert sich professionell um alle Belange. Wir bekamen ungefragt ein Upgrade in ein besseres Zimmer vom sehr sehr netten und engagierten Service Team der Reception. Die nette und kompetente Dame vom Room Service hat sich sehr professionell und kompetent um die Sauberkeit im Zimmer gekümmert!das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit viel frischen Obst und Gemüse.Der Service beim Frühstücken ist äußerst freundlich und professionell!!!

Posto meraviglioso! Sono stata qua con un’amica: la piscina termale con idromassaggio, l’area benessere, la colazione e il grandissimo parco sono un angolo di paradiso a due passi dal mare! Consiglio vivamente di programmare un soggiorno qui! Io tornerò sicuramente!!

Bella struttura, attorniata da un bel giardino con campo da tennis e calcetto, vicinissima al mare. Molto bella la piscina termale coperta. Alcuni dettagli dimostrano che avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione ma nel complesso è un’ottima struttura. Personale cordiale è disponibile. Menzione particolare per il ristorante: colazione molto varia dolce/salato ma il top è il ristorante che propone un menù vario di pesce e terra con piatti veramente ottimi e che non hanno nulla da invidiare a locali più rinomati. Complimenti al cuoco ed alla capo sala Anna, sempre sorridente e cordiale.

Tornati per il secondo anno consecutivo, confermiamo il giudizio eccellente. Stavolta viaggiavamo in 4 più un bimbo di 9 mesi che è presto divenuto il beniamino dell'hotel e del personale gentilissimo che gli ha garantito un soggiorno curato e premuroso. Una menzione particolare per la responsabile di sala (di Scanzano Jonico se non sbaglio), sempre pronta ad esaudire ogni richiesta con simpatia e cortesia. Spazi comuni curatissimi, stanze ampie e pulitissime, campo da tennis in ottimo stato. Bene così.
