Lovely hotel, food staff, very Italian rustic settings, lovely beach with beds included and private area, Deborah in reception was so nice thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to return again, this hotel seems difficult to book again? We hope to see you again soon

Everything could have been PERFECT except that in the "included" items, the wording "drinks" was not considered wine with meals but only non-alcoholic drinks. It was obvious to me that it was!!! In my experience at multiple resorts this is usually, if not understood, specified. In addition, the cheapest wine was 12 euros per 750 cl bottle. !!! If it were specified it would not cause discussions and surprises ...

Excellent structure. Friendly courteous staff is available. Very good animators always present very serious and capable. Excellent catering service also attentive to specific dietary needs, care of the dishes and choice of ingredients. The only negative note are the rooms. New bathroom redone well but the wait is long for the rooms is not qualitatively valid

I stayed in the structure in June 2022, a beautiful place with a wonderful view of the sea. Staff all brilliant, polite and friendly. We spent a fantastic week in August 2022 in this suggestive structure, whose restaurant is practically a terrace overlooking the sea. What made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment. Congratulations to the staff led by Marco Vannucci, a true champion, collaborated by Dario Caravaglio and his impeccable staff. Time has practically flown away, with laughter and memorable shows. Never intrusive, you are never brought up even if you don't want it, yet their presence is so funny that no one ever wanted to miss even a second of village life. Just think that at 2 pm, a typical time when people disappear to escape from the heat, they organized such beautiful musical lives that it was difficult to even find a place. If you want to relax and enjoy a nice holiday there is no better place. The hotel's location allows you to admire the gulf and wonderful sunsets. The catering is excellent, this year the wine was not included, the service is impeccable. Very kind staff, in particular the Maitre TONINO, always attentive and ready to give you a table. TOP animation, present but not intrusive. Beautiful the sea as well as the beach, even if the services are lacking. We enjoyed it, it was another great holiday, which I recommend to everyone. Second experience at TH CINISI FLORIO PARK, where I spent a wonderful two week holiday. Confirmations on everything: location, catering, entertainment and staff. Wonderful terrace overlooking the sea with unforgettable views and sunsets. Excellent and varied food every day, with buffet served by friendly and helpful staff, local specialties are much appreciated and delicious desserts. A special thanks to the maitre Tonino and his collaborators, who always welcomed us with a smile. Engaging entertainment for both adults and children. With pleasure, I found MARCO VANNUCCI, leader and head of the team and the Master GIUSEPPE CHIRIACO, with a new Head Animator DARIO CARAVAGLIO. I thank all the staff, you have entertained us with your sympathy and professionalism. Congratulations also to the new Director for his constant presence. Clear, warm and crystalline sea, the beach is beautiful, but with little space between one umbrella and another. The only drawback, the long wait for the room, about six hours. Room 178, without balcony, a little uncomfortable, but always clean. Thanks TH, goodbye, maybe in your other village!
