The bathroom was gross. Mold,crumbling caulk, smelled like sewage. The property is ok. Located in a very trashy neighborhood. Close to airport is the only good thing about this hotel. Seemed family friendly. Would it recommend based on price and location. Meals are buffet style only. Good was average at best.

Wonderful grounds, beautifully kept. I had a deluxe room with a balcony. The room was slightly outdated but the bath was updated. Service was fine, especially the bartenders who were friendly, kind, and spoke English. The desk people were also kind, some more patient that others. The highlight was the spa where the services were reasonable and wonderful. They were just as good if not better than Elizabeth Arden in the US. The dining options were not the best. The highlight is the gazebo overlooking the water. It was heavenly.

We had come to Palermo and found our accommodations quite lacking. Somehow we found Florio Park Hotel and we were so happy. We changed as soon as we came to it. This was not quite so easy because it full tourist season and this place was packed. Somehow the most lovely woman, Carla, found us the three rooms that we needed for our family. Our stay was wonderful. The food was really quite good And the amenities for families were wonderful as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was huge and the daily Activities were wonderful. Absolutely would recommend this place for anyone in Sicily! Beautiful priceless view of the water.

You could feel every spring in the mattress, there was holes in the walls, damp in the ceiling, the shutters didn’t open. We asked for a room change but they said they couldn’t so we left. We just did 10 day tour of Italy staying in different hotels every night and this was the first one we encountered that was awful.

This is an all accommodation hotel. We stayed here because it is close to the Palermo Airport. We came a day early since the traffic in Palermo is terrible. Boy are we glad we did. We had an early morning flight back to London. It is very nice. Clean, great dinner was inclusive and breakfast. They have all kinds of activities on the grounds. Meals were very good. It took about 15 min. to get to the airport. How nice is that. They have a very big pool and the beach is very close. This was recommended to us by a bartender at the our previous hotel.

If what you are looking for is an ideal location close to Palermo airport, then this hotel is ideal, being only 15 minutes away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a convenient self service restaurant where the food is good with an excellent selection. So for a one night stay if you are on the move, this ticks all the boxes. What you may not realise is that the place is a popular holiday hotel for those who seek entertainment. We found the place noisy. An evening drink overlooking the sea was spoilt by some sort of quiz for the benefit of French guests at full volume and later there was loud music audible in our room. If that is what you want, fine, but it was not what we expected. One complaint. It is normal surely to provide guests with drinking water in their room. We asked, but were forced to buy a bottle with plastic cups. They would not even give a glass of water in the bar. A hotel of this nature should surely be doing better on this score.

Just back from a 10 night stay at this lovely resort. The location is beautiful, staff are friendly and welcoming, fun packed and amazing food. We stayed half board. We chose to dine every morning and evening on the veranda overlooking the sea, and what an amazing view, and got to watch the beautiful sunset each night. We were greeted each time by the lovely waiting staff, Andrea was so lovely, great with the kids, it was like he knew everyone personally. The food here was absolutely amazing, massive selection for breakfast, and the evening meals were fantastic, head chef Piero Gioe made sure he oversaw the evening’s service with his team making sure everything was to perfection, providing his own recommendations on what to try. We were lucky to have booked in a local religious celebration week, and as if the food wasn’t amazing enough, the last two days were another level if that were possible, there was even more choice, totally spoilt. The entertainment staff here work tirelessly to make sure everyone is included and entertained from morning to night, with games, aquafit, music including live singing, dancing and live shows in the theatre, we struggled slightly with the language barrier as we seemed to be the only English staying this week, but we still felt included. I would highly recommend a stay at this lovely resort, and I would definitely book again. Thank you for a lovely stay

A stay at this hotel is a wonderful getaway. Peace and quiet, beautiful, unforgettable views. Friendly, helpful staff, and rooms cleaned daily. The restaurant is a true gem. The food is delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. Chef Piero deserves praise for his creativity, technical skills, and flavor. He's very kind and always smiling. I highly recommend it to those looking for good food and a pleasant time. I've been there twice and would gladly return.

The hotel is in a great location.A minute grom the hotel is a beautiful beach,with free sun loungers. There is a swimming pool in the hotel.The stuff is very friendly and available at all times.Everyone is available to you starting from the manager to the cleaner.I booked half board with breakfast and dinner,and everything was fantastic.Every recommendation for this hotel,whether you are traveling on business or whit your family.Is a top ten.I will definitely come back.
