My stay at the 21C Museum Hotel in downtown Cincinnati was overall satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and room quality. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience that significantly impacted my trip. As someone traveling from China to Cincinnati, I relied heavily on my iPhone for essential tasks such as managing my funds and arranging transportation. Unfortunately, the charging port for iPhones in my room was broken, which I only discovered the morning after my arrival. This left me stranded without a functioning phone or any means to access my electronic funds. Considering the premium price of the hotel and its positive reviews, I was shocked to find myself in this situation. When I approached the hotel lobby for assistance and asked if I could borrow a charger, I was informed that I would need to purchase one for $20 USD. This was deeply frustrating, as my dead phone meant I couldn't access any funds, including the money required to buy a charger. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and isolated in an unfamiliar city. Fortunately, I found help at a nearby establishment, Nada, where they allowed me to charge my phone. While I am grateful for their assistance, I can't help but feel disappointed in the lack of empathy and understanding from the 21C Museum Hotel. Given the circumstances of their broken docking port, I expected more consideration and assistance. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I would caution anyone considering this hotel to be aware of potential issues and the hotel's response to them. The situation I faced was not only inconvenient but also unnecessary, and it has unfortunately overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay.

Staff was polite and accommodating. We had a concern in the room they assigned, they offered to move us or send housekeeping to address the concern. Our room was upgraded which wasn't necessary, but we appreciated the resolution. The bathroom was the highlight; the showerhead pressure was like a massage. I enjoyed the art exhibit & brunch at Metropole.

Cincy Museum Hotel 21c had a great location in downtown Cincinnati and the staff were very welcoming. The room had minimal decor but was very clean with comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower (in addition to some interesting bathroom art!) The first two levels of the hotel included a public art gallery/museum. The hotel also offered a spa, fitness center, restaurant and gift shop but I didn't get to use these amenities. My only negative was the guest room hallways needed a refresh. I'd recommend for a unique stay in the Cincy area.

Perfect weekend stay. Great location… Very cool hotel. Staff is efficient and attentive to making your stay enjoyable. Definitely will stay here again when we see a Reds or Bengals game.

Eclectic hotel Great location. Walking distance to stadiums and restaurants. Very eclectic atmosphere. Onsite restaurant is a bit pricey.

Game day bday trip went awful and this app lies!!! I was so irritated. I paid over 400 in total to stay here for my birthday and it was absolute garbage. First of all this was supposed to be a “luxury hotel” and I’m confused how. Valley option (which isn’t even an option it’s a requirement) was the best part. We checked in with a girl at the front and she was nice but plainly let me know that these third party apps come in and take pictures of all the best rooms and then post it as all the rooms. So our upgraded delux room turned out to be smaller then my bedroom at home and our “city view” was of the back side of another building with painted windows. Also might I mention no bible??? First hotel I’ve been in that didn’t have one. Now onto the bathroom. Mold on the shower head and white build up along shower doors and edges of floor. ONLY thing that had me excited about this place was the art which we looked at in less than 5 min. My birthday was absolutely awful. No spa credit like I was supposed to have. They kept my whole 100 from incidents even tho there were NONE! I barely touched anything in the room. Couldn’t even eat the food cuz it was all weird. Maybe if you like weird stuff but god forbid there was any food for kids I’m glad my son wasn’t with us. The bed was also advertised as Egyptian Cotten which I can assure you was not. Also if your a smoker don’t go outside cuz the homeless people will swarm you and there is no security out there either.
