Will do in a pinch
It smelled like a swimming pool in the room minus the clean feel. The door deadbolt did not work at all and made it feel unsafe. But I will say the staff was amazing and went out of their way for my disabled child. The valet staff were the most amazing part of the stay. They deserve to be acknowledged for their outstanding customer service.

No longer my first choice.
My family stayed here for a night over spring break. The valets working Friday evening were rude and inconsistent with their procedures. Valet took the car behind us and told us they would be back to get our car. I went to valet to remind them as my husband was still with the car. I was then informed we needed to move the car around the corner. Unfortunately, I feel there was discrimination taking place towards us. I felt slighted and disrespected.
The staff in the restaurant was amazing. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and went above and beyond.
I would have loved to give higher ratings but aside from the restaurant, our first impression and experience were less than enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Downtown Cincinnati. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently friendly and efficient. The staff went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit.
The location is perfect — walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and local attractions. The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed, with a great view of the city. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, which made winding down after long days super easy.
Overall, it was a great experience. Whether you’re in town for business or a weekend getaway, this spot is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

Front desk was awesome!
The front desk was amazing, they were so sweet. Great drinks at the bar and friendly service as well. The rooms/bathrooms are very dim, could use better lighting.

The only bad thing when we first checked into our room we had to call and get a different room because the one we were given was not clean properly the bedding was dirty

When we first got to the hotel, staff was awesome! The only problem was that our bathroom in our original room hadn’t been cleaned. However, once we called front desk, they moved us to a better room and gave us 5000 Bonvoy points. They often checked in and made sure we were okay. Awesome property and awesome staff.
