Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cincinnati Oakley

The staff is polite and prompt, and the rooms are consistently clean! I always know what to expect when I stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in Oakley.

Not everyone is treated equal The size of the room was not worth the rate. The front desk staff at arrival and check out were preoccupied and made you wait while they finished multiple task. It is understood that could occur however it as if you were interrupting them when you approached. Customer service felt like an after thought. Additionally, I noticed both female workers were more attentive to males than females.

This hotel is in a great, safe location with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great. The only issue I experienced was that the breakfast wasn't very good. However, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel.

My only complaint is the water pressure and bathroom door conditions. The water pressure was extremely low, even at different times of the day. The bathroom door did not completely close shut. Otherwise, it seems to be a very new property.

I did not book a physically handicap accessible room but I was given that one. It was middle of the night and I do not want to change at that time. I would be happy if I was told that the regular room is not available and this is what we are left with.

The TV didn’t work right, it was very pixelated off and on. It wasn’t that big of a deal while we weren’t there but when we got in for the night it was annoying
