We checked in late and nobody helped us to carry the bags from our vehicle to the lobby. Breakfast is terrible please do something about it.

The staff is friendly, responsive when we ask for help. The garden is clean, the room is clean, the housekeeping is extraordinary.
It's just that the internet can't reach the room, only on the balcony and there are lots of mosquitoes. That's all. The rest is okay, I suggest not taking a room that is in an old building because it is very weathered, especially the bathroom.
