I have been to many hot spring hotels. Let’s talk about the guest rooms first. Although the guest room facilities and equipment are not very luxurious, the service is good. Especially the lady at the front desk is very warm. The child who is not 1.2 meters tall is exempted from the hot springs and breakfast. The room is relatively comfortable. , the hot spring must be praised. It is the most comfortable one I have ever soaked in. I heard it is Harayushin Hot Spring. Anyway, my family has a very good experience. Full marks. I will come again next time.

The hotel is on the top of a mountain. At noon, the staff called in advance to ask if we would like to arrange two rooms together, which was very considerate. There are many hot spring pools and it is very quiet in the forest.

I rarely comment and never give negative reviews, but... I have to say something today
1. Our room was arranged on the second floor. When we opened the door, the pungent musty smell hit our nostrils. We returned to the front desk hoping to move to a higher floor. We were told that the second floor and above were all full. There were only a few cars in the entire parking lot. As a hot spring hotel, the reason why it is fully booked in summer is very confusing.
2. I found a cockroach in the room... I beat it to death. I took a photo and informed the front desk, but I didn't get any response.
3. The facilities are aging and the hair dryers are broken.
4. The water output from the hot water faucet in the washbasin is extremely small, making it difficult to wash your hands.
