This hotel is very comfortable. You can throw dirty clothes into the washing machine. You can exercise a little in the beautiful gym. The clothes are washed. The laundry detergent is free. First time staying here after renovation. It has been greatly improved, very clean, various facilities have been improved, the air conditioner is no longer noisy, and the curtains have become automatic. Have stayed here during our visit to Zhangjiajie mountains for 4 nights. It was chosen between several hotels in the area and the choice was absolutely right. We really enjoyed our stay in Harmona. The resort has a unique location in a forest between mountains, so u can feel all the beauty of nature. Also very welcoming stuff here who always try to make your stay more comfortable doesn’t matter that time is it. Especial thanks to Cherry, who assisted us all the time and to Nancy from the front desk and Huhuayong the driver. The position of the resort is perfect for visiting main attractions - forest park, canyon, dragon cave - just 10-15 minutes drive and give you all the opportunities of forest silence in the evening after busy day in the crowd. All amenities are good and usable - hot springs, restaurants, tea house etc. And landscape of resort is perfect. The view from the room in 8th floor is wonderful.

老闆人很好，做的菜也很好吃，下了高速後可以來接，第一次來對這邊很不熟悉，老闆幫我打電話問東問西，謝謝老闆！當晚下了雪，開了燈後風景很好看可惜手機拍不出來，就是雪下太厚了，很多車都開不動，倔強的我還是想去玩，老闆還是試一試給我們送去滑雪場了哈哈，謝謝
