Cikokol Hotels with Airport pickup service

Hotel staff are very nice service with a smile, most specially to Front Desk In morning shift (female) upon check out time. She gave me a welcome drink 3 weeks ago. Breakfast are very nice, the food all fresh, we will recommend for stay in Horison Grand Serpong. Thank you all!!

It's most comfortable to stay in a comfortable room, the place is clean while neflix is also a while.. the minus is only a tissu but a little stay 😅 but overall. Mantul ✨

This hotel looked very modernized and hippie with the decoration.. i’m very fond @ the bed and the pillow quite soft.. however the air-con of my room seem quite old and not getting cold as i wanted. Overall the stay is worthwhile for the money 🥰🥰🥰

We were happy with the hotel facilities. The smart TV builders in with so many account option to enjoy from Netflix to Hotstar. The breakfast also good, but the resto is under maintenance so it wasn't pleasant time to enjoy our breakfast. The resto too crowded with the guests. Parking area is huge and we can easily find parking spot. The lobby smells fantastic. I wonder what fragrance they are using. Overall, it was pleasant time to stay at Vega and we would like to come back next time.

Very nice and clean establishment. Well maintained. Staffs are very nice. Covid protocol could be better such as reminding guests to wear masks in public area. Parking is a problem as there are not enough parking spaces.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Check in after long day business meeting and can't wait to take break just for taking shower and get a cup of nice coffee...and finally I arrived at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong. I love the hotel especially the color & music, on the check in process it was went well and there's a young lady stand up beside the FO staff listening and observing all the process. The following day I met her again at the Lobby and she approach me just to say hallo, asked about my experience and feedback gently and at the same time she over me a cup of coffee even though she knew I have done my breakfast. I know she's very knew work with Fame Hotel Gading Serpong however she's ( Iren ) is very important asset for the company. I am wring this feedback not because she over me a cup of coffee. She's really showcased her roles as hotelier. Nice to meet you Iren and I will comeback and thank you for your warmest hospitality.

The services so far so good. We enjoy it so far. All variant for breakfast in basically is well, but we suggest to add more variant (especially pastry variant--because my youngest brother need more muffins😀) Hope this services more increase the quality and Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai can improve more and more.

Strategic location, a hotel with a simple concept but does not reduce the comfort of its guests. Wifi is fast, the bed is very comfortable, the clean sheets and the pillows are comfortable (so much I imagined the sheets and a gray pillow gloves in the photo) The size of the room is not too big, not too small. Fit for Indonesian size. The concept of a unique bathroom (the cabin model and the hot water shower that flows smoothly) No key-card required to turn on the electricity system, so I could leave the room with the AC and the lights kept on. A very recomended hotel for travelers who want to stay at affordable prices and comfortable room facilities
