Akra Fethiye Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive

What a fabulous resort! Settled along a beach, this adults-only resort is all about the water, with oceanside dining, a spa, restaurants and more. The restaurants are really good, we enjoyed every meal. The advice is to book some of them way ahead of time. Staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Rooms are clean and has everything you could need on a vacation.

Amazing hotel! Staff, food, cleanliness, service, entertainment, beach, pool, rooms & location is fantastic! Our room was spotless, comfortable & so quiet. TUI reps extremely friendly and helpful. Boat trip to the main town was great! Booked for next year!!

This was one of the best holidays we have been on. Perfection from beginning to end. We stayed in a superior junior suite which was amazing! Check in was speedy with a glass of fizz and hand made chocolates provided. The bed was huge and comfortable, the rooms have everything you could need, they have thought of everything here! The food is unreal and the staff will do anything for you. Drinks are on a menu but ask for whatever you want and it will be made for you. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is beautiful. Lots of sun loungers and waiters bringing drinks regularly. It is a very quiet resort, entertainment is each night and varied, you can go next door if you want more lively options. Beach cabanas can be booked at £60 but is worth every penny! The staff are the jewel in this crown, everyone of them went out of their way to make it feel like you were the only couple there. It really was a special holiday.

Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and the best All Inclusive experience. All of the amazing reviews are completely accurate. We had a good idea of what to expect for out first visit to The Residence after booking it almost a year in advance and reading so many reviews but we were still completely blown away. The food and drink are on another level compared to the other Sensatori hotels we have stayed in. The cocktails were phenomenal, anything you wanted they would make for you. Ask the bartenders for their recommendations too, we tried new cocktails we had never heard of and they were amazing (try the Banana Colada at the pool bar, and a Brandy Alexander at Cuphea!) The staff work so incredibly hard and always seem happy to be there. Nothing is too much trouble. We had no issues booking in to the A La Carte restaurants at the Sensatori next door, we booked everything on arrival. We ate at Basilico (Italian), Amber (Turkish) and Tao (Asian) and they were all incredible. The Turkish breakfast at Balkon (included in your All Inclusive) is so good we went twice over our two week stay. I cannot recommend it enough! The evening entertainment is good, especially Focus Acapella, make sure you go and see them as they were by fair the best. One very small negative is the Garden Party held in Cuphea at The Residence on a Wednesday night is lacking atmosphere compared to the one on a Saturday evening at the Sensatori next door. I would definitely recommend going across for that one, we went twice and loved it both times. There is also a speed quiz next door every night at 8.45pm which is great fun if you like that sort of thing. We hired a Cabana for 80 euros and it was worth every penny, our waiter was amazing bringing us drinks all day and you can order lunch delivered to the Cabana from Cuphea which was great. I would recommend using DM Transfers rather than the Tui transfers if you want that little bit of extra luxury. Water, beers, soft drinks etc are all provided in the car which is really spacious and has a tv with music on in the back. A great way to start your holiday and really affordable at £36 each way - it gets you there before the Tui bus too. The whole holiday was practically perfect and I'll be surprised if I make it to the end of my first week back at home before booking it again for next year!

Where do I start ? Arrival at 2am in the morning with cool towels, glass of bubbles, very quick check in and after being shown to our room we used the Food Repertory for much enjoyed food and drink The fantastic service by all staff who work relentlessly to ensure all guests are personally looked after wherever you are in the resort is second to no other Hotel we have stayed at Wonderful food for all tastes and perfect relaxation throughout our 11 nights stay in a Penthouse Suite. Having stayed previously in Lakehouse suites in 2023 and 2022 we were unsure how we would find this much more private room. It was fantastic after e.mailing the Hotel and requesting Block 46 we were not disappointed with the magnificent views from our balcony. We never had a problem finding sunbeds at the pool or on the Private beach for Residence guests Positives go on and on for the entertainment team especially Focus Acapella and the very talented Sina Saffarzadeh whose talents and energy are extraordinary to the DJ Aytac and Saxaphonest Mdu whose Happy Hour sessions on Mondays and Fridays are not to be missed ! The waiters and Waiters at the entertainment always remembered our Drinks orders and were very quick to ensure your glass was never empty. Once again thankyou to the staff remembering us from previous visits it is great to see some of them being promoted and rewarded for their hard work In particular Veysel Arici who personally sorted out some slight issues with the waiter service at the pool sun loungers area by block 46 very quickly and like all staff always had a big smile whenever we met him We used the facilitates at sister hotel next door and must agree with other reviews the drink quality was not the same as mixers where from larger bottles and sometimes flat! . Only improvement I would request at the Residence is more / better toilet options at Cuphea which also has to deal with guests coming up from the beach and evening entertainment including staff using only three toilets which in comparison to toilet areas next door at the Italian and Steak Restaurants and even down by the Slides Sports Bar were of a far higher/ better standard than the Residence ! As previously mentioned more security checks needed to ensure guests from next door cannot walk freely into the residence using sunbeds, bars and restaurants which was witnessed personally by ourselves Finally thanks to the GM Aslihan Atil who gave me a wonderful hug as I was leaving yesterday morning. Your enthusiasm and hands on approach helps to make the residence our number one holiday destination. My expectations were high following my online research about the residence and what can I say! They were exceeded! We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of October and it was our first visit to Türkiye. It was absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped in to the lobby to check in until the moment we checked out. We booked a Lakehouse suite with terrace which for us was worth every penny. The room was huge and immaculately clean with one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Lakehouse’s also come with butler service through the day with nothing being too much trouble. We also had a small terrace with access to the lagoon style pool with private loungers and a fully stocked cool box by the side of our Lakehouse. The property is absolutely spotless though out and the attention to detail is evident in the little touches here and there. The Residence has relaxed Spa type atmosphere and is so laid back and chilled. The staff are the biggest asset everyone we spoke to was so warm and friendly and contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. Special mention to the super bartender Ramazan and the staff at the Cuphea outdoor bar. Ramazan was first class making the best cocktails we had at the resort always smiling, recommending different things to try and teaching us a little Turkish phrases. Amazed at the amount of Baby Guinness he was able to turn around they were popular! I also liked the infused gins and vodkas used to create bespoke cocktails there really was something for everyone. The entertainment is in the form of live music 6 nights a week which was really enjoyable. Our personal favourites were Focus Acapella and Cem Moreno band. Food was delicious also with different themes each night. The food was so good that we didn’t really take up much of the offerings at the Sensatori next door which you also have full access to. We also booked a cabana for the day which was a nice experience. With the town of Fethiye nearby you can jump a taxi or book the water taxi which runs daily with the market being on a Tuesday. We lucked out with the weather as we were told it can rain quite a bit at the end of October but it was 28 degrees every day although chilly at night. From our experience here I can totally understand why people return every year it really is that good.

I’ll not repeat all the great place, great staff comments. Take that as read. Rooms Emailed the hotel a couple of months before our stay to request a specific block. They could not promise but made a note against our booking. We were located exactly where we wanted. Block 42 on the second floor. Sun all day on the great balcony and as far away as possible from the Cuphea to avoid the noise of the bands at night. Not totally avoidable but this is your best chance. If you can live with the noise, or are likely to be in the Cuphea until the shows end (23:30ish) then block 46 is your best bet. Sun all day and a view of the beach/ocean. Block 41 similar benefits to 42, blocks 43, 44 and 45 have morning sun only. Just as an observation, really couldn’t see the advantage in the Lake House suites. Just afternoon sun for them and a little more privacy, but it’s a helluva jump in price for having a waiter on tap (which by the way everyone on the sun beds around the pool pretty much had all day anyway). But, each to their own. Bars Drinks at pool bar and Cuphea I suspect, are watered down to some extent. Never really got a kick from any of them and didn’t witness any loud/rowdy behaviour. I don’t believe that was completely due to it being a more refined class of customer 😁. Not a complaint, just an observation. Lobby bar was definitely a step up in quality drinks wise and the Balkon for drink(18:00 - 24:00) even better. We ventured next door a few times at night and the drinks at The Boardwalk and the bar by the adult pool were again noticeably watered down. If you like a pale ale/IPA then the Fredricks IPA (bottled beer) is a nice drop. It’s a bit hit and miss if they have it at certain bars. They always needed to fetch it from somewhere else when I ordered it with dinner. Food If you order from the menu at breakfast, then wait until you have finished anything you have from the buffet, otherwise it’ll most likely arrive before you have finished your cereal or whatever. Balkon for breakfast is fab, just gotta like cheese. If you fancy all 3 starters, or mains for that matter as a couple, then order them. It’s not a problem, or unusual Cuphea evening menu is also available at lunch. Coffee and cakes from the lobby bar in the afternoon are a must. You can ask for chocolates as a takeaway. Quite a few are coming home with us😁 Pool The biggest we’ve ever experienced. Coolish at first, but had way worse. Waiters are round at least every 30 minutes. Cool boxes have 2 bottles of Effes, 2 still water and 2 sparkling. No need to towel save sun beds. Always loads to spare, but if it’s your thing knock yourselves out. Beach Average. Need shoes to get in the sea ideally. Loads of loungers on the beach. Didn’t bother with cabanas but they looked nice enough. Seen a few moans about it being a public beach in front of them. We stayed here for 11 nights from 1 May to 12 May 2024 which was our 10th holiday at this fabulous hotel. The hotel is immaculate and so clean and well maintained. I'm pleased to say the menus have been changed and there is huge improvement in the standard of the cuisine....... it is awesome!!! All staff are so helpful and friendly providing prompt and first class service. There are too many to remember but I'll list the staff members who deserve special mention: Izzet, Mehmet Ali, Emrah, Selman, Cem, Seda, Aykut, Murat ( Basilico ), Ismail ( Tao ), Bryan, Nebihe, Tolga, Melek, Sileyman and lastly Tarik for managing the beautifully landscaped garden areas.
