Where do I start?! Our daughter and son-in-law highly recommended we booked The all-inclusive++++ Residence for our 20th wedding anniversary holiday, and I am soooo glad we took their advice. We booked a Penthouse room for 9 nights, flying with EasyJet from Edinburgh, and we splashed out and booked a private return transfer with DM Transfers from Dalaman airport. The transfer was perfect, and more like a limousine with chilled water, tv and wi-fi to enjoy. On arrival at The Residence, we were greeted and ushered to a personal check-in with chilled facial towels, champagne and chocolates, while our luggage was discreetly whisked away to our room for us. We were walked to our room, with the young lady explaining the bars and restaurants to us. Our room was absolutely perfect (we were in 4534) overlooking the immaculately maintained pools with views out to the sea. The penthouses have a private jacuzzi on the balcony along with a double rattan sunbed, table and 2 chairs with a huge rollable parasol which is invaluable in the heat of the day! Our room had a huge bed, balloons and pillow scent and a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us along with a beautiful strawberry heart-shaped cake, as the hotel knew we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary while we were there. Apart from that amazing start, the room had its own lounge area with a jacuzzi bath, double sink vanity units, separate shower and toilet, separate dressing room and every single luxury you can imagine - Kraft paper-packaged bath hats, sewing kits, razor and shaving kits, loofah, toothbrushes, amazing scented hand wash and shower gels and body lotions, dressing gowns and slippers, yoga mats and beach bags, hair driers and hair straighteners, USB points and a UK plug point, iron & ironing board, and so much more. In the room you also had a bar area with 1/2 bottles of whisky, gin, vodka, waters and a bottle of wine, and a fully stocked fridge with water, beer, orange juice, ginger ale and milk, along with a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and pods. All this is refreshed daily, so as you finish a bottle of anything, they will just replace it the next day free of charge. Every day the maid will come in and change the towels and re-make and change the bed, refreshing any toiletries you have used. Then you'll have a visit from the bar man re-stocking your drinks, and then later in the evening while you are out enjoying cocktails and evening meal, housekeeping will return and re-make the bed and do a turn-down service, put the ambient lights on and air conditioning if the room is too warm and close the curtains and re-stock the towels. The amazing staff in the hotel make you feel you are staying in a hotel where you are truly welcome, and you are! From the reception staff to the maids to the pool staff to the restaurant and cocktail staff - without exception they are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I usually wait until I return from a holiday to write a review but one day here was enough - this place is heaven on Earth. The bar staff are absolutely incredible, nothing is ever too much hassle and they are so kind and lovely. We are in the Penthouse Suite and it is stunning - they have thought of absolutely everything. Shampoo, conditioner, gel, cream, moisturiser, dental kits, sewing kits, Nespresso machine, hair dryer, straighteners, robes, slippers… the list goes on and on. The food is incredible - the A La Carte menus are so inclusive and there is everything here you could possibly need. The beach is stunning, the Cabanas are stunning. I cannot express enough how amazing this hotel is - this is 100% the first of many, MANY trips to The Residence!

Lovely place to go. Food was brilliant drink was non stop. We went upstairs before dinner to the Balkin and had drinks there. The barman Emrah was fantastic very knowledgeable about the cockrails. The cocktails are to die for. Just ask they make anything for you. Pool was lovely. We hired a cabana for the day, which was really nice being waited on all day was definitely spoilt. Was my first time there and would definitely return. We did not use the spa as we thought it was quite expensive. We asked the Tui rep for a place to go, and she recommended somewhere which was really good and the Turkish bath was such fun.

First-time visitors to this hotel and it won't be the last. Everything that we have read is true. The hotel is faultless. The staff are really something else and are on another level compared to staff we have encountered in many other 5 Star hotels over many years. All credit to the management, everything is spot on. Everything from pools, pathways, seating, toilets, and gardens is spotless. We have nothing but praise for the top quality of the food and drinks in all areas of the hotel. A special mention must go to the daytime pool staff and all those who work the restaurant's and main foyer area. A must while you are there is to visit the new beach bar on the Sensitori side early evening. The view is stunning in the early evening, and the lads working there are a credit to the hotel.

2nd visit, we visited last June and always wanted to return and managed to bag a last minute break. We had a swim up last year but the only option this year was the lakehouse so we thought why not . We were very privileged to get the lakehouse facing the sea, room 5701. Such a private spot, we loved it as it wasn't overlooked and had a lovely infity pool right outside your room. Lovely to chill with a bottle of prosecco. We didn't request this but they must have read our minds as this would have been our preferred room as we saw it last year. We only booked 4 weeks before so was shocked this was the one we got. We were looked after by Hassan for the majority of the week and Zeki on the last day. Service was top notch, so friendly and kept keeping the drinks flowing throughout the day. Emrah in Balkon was just so talented. We often spent a few hours in the evenings and just watching him make the drinks is mesmerizing. He created special drinks for us (tangtastic) which my partner loved. We also had a few late nights/mornings in the lobby bar. A shout out to the guy who does the after midnight shift. Nothing was too much trouble and made sure we never went thirsty. I can only remember his name as Tommy, sorry I've forgot his name but he did a great job looking after us both after a few shandy's . Food and drink was top quality again, I can't stop looking at all the pictures I have of them on my phone. We have got the residence bug and will definitely return.

We chose the Residence for our honeymoon and we weren’t disappointed. I can’t recommend it enough and we are already planning another visit. From the moment we arrived the service was 1st class, starting with a glass of champagne, speedy check in and a guided tour to our room where we were greeted by a bottle of champagne on ice, a cheesecake and hand written note from the guest experience team. The location, rooms and facilities are fantastic, we had a superior double with balcony in block C and the view across the pool and sea did not disappoint. The rooms were always clean and the maid service was impeccable. The staff throughout our stay were brilliant and I wish I could give a shout out to them all but Selmen, Yusuf, Cansu, Mehmet, Esma & Onur at the Watergate bar were superb. I might be swayed by their constant supply of Efes & ‘Passioned Touch’ cocktails but they were friendly and welcoming each day and made our pool days ultra relaxing. The food was amazing everywhere we ate, our favourites were the Far East, Indian & Mexican themed nights at the Food Repertory, the Cuphea and the Basilico. Fatma and Mustafa served us on multiple occasions and were brilliant everytime. Again all we can say is how perfect the Residence was.

Just returned from our 3rd visit of this wonderful hotel and can honestly say it just gets better if that is at all possible. We have stayed at some of the best hotels all over the world and nothing has ever compared to this. What really sets this apart is the level of service received from all the wonderful staff who feel like old friends now.They really are a credit to the management. Would like to give a special mention to the lovely sweet Bera at the cuphea bar who works hard and always has a smile on her face and Onur at the beach bar who works tirelessly all day long. We are already counting down the days until we return in October and although we only returned yesterday our first port of call was to the travel agents to book it for next April/May. Thank you once again all the team at the residence for another fabulous holiday x

We have been to Turkey approx 54 times over the last 19yrs. This hotel strikes another level of All Inc excellence ! Truly fantastic. Classy and professional service at every area ! Yes it's expensive, but we think worth every penny more. It will not disappoint and of course is properly Ultra All Inc... no silly extras that some cheaper hotels insist you pay !! Take a look before you book ( elsewhere!) X
