Ets with a correct welcome but room without hot water with a curtain rod that you take on your head when you open the window dangerous for children because no guardrail. Expensive breakfast with discount products and no parking for the vehicle for a seasonal price announced at 135 euros!!! To avoid.

We were two adults and a 12-year-old child for three nights in the month of July and the experience was very positive. Large and pleasant room. The staff is very friendly and willing to find solutions. The environment is quiet and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. We found the breakfast correct and well served. Charming hotel, very well located facing the ocean, 15 minutes walk from St Jean de Luz Hotel parking not available but free spaces available during this period (early April) Clean and well decorated room with loggia facing the bay; very pleasant.. Busy road during the day but very quiet at night leaving us the possibility of falling asleep to the sound of the waves: very relaxing and soothing. Full breakfast with ocean and sunrise views. Very nice home. JM is professional and very friendly, attentive, in exchange and relationships with humor and very good advice. We were very good there. A must see ! Mr & Mrs G (Room 10)

No service. Arriving at 2:30 p.m., we found the door closed and a poster giving a 06 to contact. No answer… Call back at 2:50 p.m. to ask me what I wanted… I was told that the hotel opens at 3 p.m.! Return in the evening at 6:30 p.m., door closed. No one at reception and a code to open. This is not what I expect from a hotel worthy of the name. Very average breakfast in a small, crowded room.
