There are positives and negatives, but this residence is absolutely not worth its three stars! I've been to a lot of aparthotels, and believe me, I've seen 1 or 2 star ones much better than this one. On the plus side, I'd say it's quiet. We weren't disturbed by noise from neighbors or anything else, it seemed pretty well insulated. Second positive point, there is a bathtub. It's cool to be able to relax with a nice bath (be careful, the hot water takes a while to arrive though) The towels were clean. Third positive point, the terrace. It must be nice in the summer to be able to eat outside. For the negative points, then the two biggest are really the lack of network, no internet connection despite wifi. And for the second big negative point is that there is no real duvet!!! Only scratchy blankets worthy of the 70s. Horrible to sleep in!!! I'm not even talking about the pillows, the same... Then for the other negative points, it's really the decor, it's very old-fashioned, well, at the limit, that was okay because we only stayed 4 days... The dishes, there were only flat knives, no meat knives, large knives to cut a chicken for example... Afterwards, in the wardrobe, some hangers were broken, we took the initiative to throw them away since no one before had done it...Then the fridge, really tiny! The TV, very small and no other channels than those of TNT... The stairs too, we were on level -2 and it's not easy to go up and down several times a day when you are pregnant, when you has several suitcases and two young children. An elevator would be welcome. Concerning the cleaning, it was okay but then on the other hand, you would have to think about removing cobwebs from the wall lights... Frankly, it's not worth the price and even less three stars. It has potential but we would have to close for a few weeks to bring everything up to date.
