Friendly and attentive staff, clean room. Reasonable quality/price breakfast. To improve: the price per night is expensive for a residence of this type, it must be around -30 euros for the room.

There are positives and negatives, but this residence is absolutely not worth its three stars! I've been to a lot of aparthotels, and believe me, I've seen 1 or 2 star ones much better than this one. On the plus side, I'd say it's quiet. We weren't disturbed by noise from neighbors or anything else, it seemed pretty well insulated. Second positive point, there is a bathtub. It's cool to be able to relax with a nice bath (be careful, the hot water takes a while to arrive though) The towels were clean. Third positive point, the terrace. It must be nice in the summer to be able to eat outside. For the negative points, then the two biggest are really the lack of network, no internet connection despite wifi. And for the second big negative point is that there is no real duvet!!! Only scratchy blankets worthy of the 70s. Horrible to sleep in!!! I'm not even talking about the pillows, the same... Then for the other negative points, it's really the decor, it's very old-fashioned, well, at the limit, that was okay because we only stayed 4 days... The dishes, there were only flat knives, no meat knives, large knives to cut a chicken for example... Afterwards, in the wardrobe, some hangers were broken, we took the initiative to throw them away since no one before had done it...Then the fridge, really tiny! The TV, very small and no other channels than those of TNT... The stairs too, we were on level -2 and it's not easy to go up and down several times a day when you are pregnant, when you has several suitcases and two young children. An elevator would be welcome. Concerning the cleaning, it was okay but then on the other hand, you would have to think about removing cobwebs from the wall lights... Frankly, it's not worth the price and even less three stars. It has potential but we would have to close for a few weeks to bring everything up to date.

Horrible. To flee ! Horrible bedding. Old-fashioned apartment worthy of the 70s and 80s. Internet network non-existent. Not working. Spiders. Cleaning done a long time ago. Old TV without internet. Does not deserve 3*. One at best and still...

We tested two days as a family to use our Wonderbox. A little mixed by the experience, I'll start with the positive, the setting is great, you can do everything on foot no need to use the car, functional apartment. On the other hand, it is very old, the insulation is outdated, we heard the neighbors' toilet flushing day and night, the chair at the table.... The bedding has had its day, the sofa bed in the living room squeaks so much that we had to put the mattress on the floor. Despite a recent renovation, the bathroom joints as well as the radiators are not up to standard, damaged windows.... Really average overall

Very well located, everything can be done on foot, very friendly and attentive staff. Despite everything, certain points need to be reviewed: refrigerator too small, lack of dishes, uncomfortable sofa, swimming pool without parasol and very outdated deckchairs. The best would be a heated swimming pool.

It's not comfortable, old, damaged and not very clean. Considering the price we pay, we really expect better. It's not worth the prices listed. Getting to reception is complicated, you don't need a big car.

Very expensive for the level...everything is old the furniture the swimming pool dirty the used deck chairs despite a few new ones...staff outdated manager very dry...dishwasher broken for a week and no commercial gesture or apology. logs all rotten in the central aisle..broken front door no more code to enter...cockroaches...cobwebs in the rental...no parasol despite the heatwave....slats of the folding bed which are break all the time... Old and very used garden table.. Noisy residence. People walk their dogs in front of people's homes.. Not too much supervision.. Everyone does what they want....fridge which deserves to be changed and very small for 4!!! This residence could be very good if there were renovations undertaken.. The swimming pool should also be renovated!! Too bad because for the price we expect a little more... We should close in winter and do a complete renovation on all levels...

Very good residence located in Socoa with a bus line at the bottom of the residence allowing you to travel to Saint-jean-de-Luz or Hendaye. Be careful, however, to note the timetables of this small bus because there are relatively few of them. And from Saint-Jean-de-Luz we had the possibility of continuing with a connection to Bayonne and from Bayonne to Biarritz. It was all the more convenient to travel as we had come by train. With a 5-10 minute walk we had good restaurants and Socoa beach. The residence offered us what we needed. There is a kitchenette with everything needed but which we only used for breakfast as we ate our meals every day at the restaurant. In September (the second half of September it was still entirely possible to swim in the Ocean). I loved these holidays in Socoa all the more because for me it was an opportunity to meet up with a former classmate and later colleague whom I had not seen for more than thirty years and who came to see me in neighbor of its Pyrenees. The residence has an unheated swimming pool which we did not use, so I cannot say anything about it, except that it constitutes a perfectly suitable swimming pool and there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Please note, however, that it cannot be used with CB; which requires you to bring change.

Excellent stay at the Mer et Golf residence. The apartment with a large terrace offered us a view overlooking the city and the sea. The apartment is well located and offers good value for money. Pleasant welcome. We recommend! Well located
