The check in not really smooth, only one person at front desk, waiting about 10-15 minutes for service, have to pay extra to upgrade the room, since the room does not have bathtub as pictured, but she is nice to let us upgrade.
The room is dirty and smells, bathroom has mold, and we can hear noise from the other bedroom. The 2 free drink bottles unsealed and looks like someone already open them.
The Restaurant is okay, the food acceptable, although my husband get cool soup and we have to asked the waiter to make it hot. The only best food we like is Pisang goreng.
The Pool at NANGKA is not clean, so we decided to get to the private tub, and we have to pay for Rp.60K/each.

The staff are friendly, the place is quite comfortable even though the room and bathroom furnishings should have been upgraded... but the breakfast has quite a lot of variety and tastes delicious...

I was worried because there were a lot of reviews saying it was old and dirty, but I was able to get by because it was a nice bungalow type. It's unavoidable that it's old, but it's not dirty, and the housekeeping staff comes quickly so it's comfortable.
