The room is clean and large, Just the view feels like in the city. For all the services are pretty good, breakfast ya many kinds of food And enough. For the pool, children like to swim because the water is hanged And kl can base And the pool wall is not dark.. Because when I went to the pool, it felt dark and comfortable. Hope soon there is another facility for 2 children. The restaurant is super recommended because everything is delicious and affordable.

It was my first time staying at Grand Aston Puncak... and as such was my first experience at the lobby hotel. I was very impressed with the layout and decor of the lobby .... it was one of the best lobby i have been over the years. I was also very impressed with the view of the mountain, quality of the food served during breakfast, tea time and dinner. But what impressed me the most was the service level of the staff such as Reza/Duty Manager, Azis/Bellman, at the restaurant Boni, Nevi and Bobby, also Ilham and Mr. Agung/Security for the impeccable service and warm hospitality accorded to me when I was staying. Overall stay is amazing…keep it works.

This is a mature tourist area, there are many hotels, the competition is fierce, and life is very convenient. It's a slow pace here, and the restaurant outside closes early in the evening. This hotel is very affordable at this price, the room is big, the air is very good, the view here is also very beautiful, there are two mountains nearby. The hotel's free breakfast, although not many types, but full of fried rice, eggs and coffee. There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The slopes in Indonesia look so steep, narrow and steep.

This is not the first time we stay in this hotel and we always loves to stay in Pesona Alam. The room is okay (a bit small) and I personally think that they need to do some minor renovation to the room. The breakfast is great (lots of variety which we love).
However, the check out time took forever. The staff were very slow. They charged 300 thousand rupiah for teh deposit and when they returned the money the staff said that they don't have small changes of 20 thousand. And it also happens to the person before me (and maybe after me as well). Suggestion to the hotel: prepare small changes if you charge deposit!
We stayed in Pesona Alam but we visited the newer hotel next to it (Botanica Sanctuary). We tried their afternoon tea and we love it!
View wise, Personal Alam has better mountain view. Overall, we enjoy our stay here.

Beautiful place.. feel at home.. swimming pool is okay.. but the floor has to be cleaned often because it's a bit slippery. The room is okay, but you need to pay more attention to the cleanliness under the bed. Overall the hotel is okay. Nice trip.

I have been here many times every time I go to Sukabumi, but I am a little disappointed because when I check in at 2 o'clock, but I have to delay it for about 15-20 minutes because the room is not ready, when I saw it, it turned out that the visitors who were staying in my room just came out. A bit disappointed not in time, for the rest, the room is clean, the service is okay, there is a fish pond suitable for relaxation, homey atmosphere

GGuest Userrecently i've been traveling to cianjur, and at my last business trip i was stay at Gino feruci cianjur. well the hotel is great, the room was clean and all the furniture was brand new, the staff told me that they were opened at december 2019. for the food was delicious, the breakfast menu very variable for cianjur, well if i compared my stay experiences at the costel before..... and for the menu at the restaurant was very affordable. i think gino feruci cianjur was the hotel and bring the hotel standard like smiling and helpful staff and other facility that hotel should have such as pool, restaurant, lobby and gym. for the location of this hotel is very strategic, its only a walk away to citimall. for me this hotel will be my 1st option if i should go to cianjur city even for business or for a family trip. btw try menu of nasi goreng, or cordon bleu chicken, its quite cheap and delicious. keep the good work

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely excellent stay at The Tangko Resort Inn. We are bird watchers and before our stay had communicated with Rei at the Tangko Resort and had agreed a “package” for accommodation, all food, transport from Jakarta to the hotel, transport onwards to Carita and then from Carita back to Jakarta. The package also included being taken on the back of motorcycles driven by the hotel’s staff to Gunung Gede NP very early each morning and picking us up late in the day. Rei was nothing short of meticulous in his planning and preparation and everything worked out exceptionally well. Our room was clean, spacious with two queen beds, hot water and a nice balcony/terrace. We had a different Chef and Chef’s assistant in the morning from the evening and both teams produced an amazing quality and quantity of food. Breakfast was often at 4.30am and had 4 to 5 courses and the Chef prepared what can only be described as “Gourmet Packed Lunches”. The evening Chef delighted us with his inspiring dishes. We did not have a menu to choose from, we simply allowed the Chef to cook whatever he felt we would like, after asking us a few questions each day. Each night we were treated to many courses of superb quality food, which was a highlight of our whole trip to Java and Sumatra. All of the staff were unfailingly helpful despite our needing breakfast and transport very early each morning. We stayed mid-week and were the only guests and were looked after expertly. A bonus was a Javan Kingfisher photographed in the garden. A special thank you to Rei who went above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend The Tangko Inn Resort and wish that we could find places of a similar standard in our trips around the world.

GGuest UserWent here at Palace Hotel Cipanas with my husband & 2 children for our short escape on the weekend. We choose the TownHouse type of room to accomodate 4 of us which has 2 bed room & 2 bathroom. It was located quite a distance from the lobby so they offered us a free buggy service everytime we want to go to-from the town house. We love the location because it was secluded. But there are several things that need to be improve. 1.As reviewed by other traveller, that there are no towel provided in the room. It was the first I noticed, so before the bellboy gone I asked him to bring the towel for us. They took a long time just to bring 4 towel (for me it took more than 40min) 2.The Cleanliness, the table in the dining room looked dirty just like someone just used it so I cleaned it with tissue wipes. And the toaster was so gross (rusty & full of dirt, i even didnt want to open it) 3. We had problem with the housekeeping because someone came by in the morning & told that they would clean the room at 12. We said OK. But until 2pm no one came to clean up and we called many times until 3.10pm the housekeeping finally came. Despite all of it, the hotel has a good wifi, the fridge, hot water, air con were working properly.
