"Stayed overnight for the third time because I was satisfied with the facilities even though the clerk still didn't offer to bring things. The side terrace still leaked as before. although the location is a bit off but the atmosphere and scenery around is very good."

GGuest UserBack for my second stay here. My first was for a business trip. This time I came with my family and wow there have been so many great upgrades. They now have a putting green, a driving range and even a cozy coffee shop. It truly feels like a real staycation, everything’s here!

我我芯依旧This is a mature tourist area, there are many hotels, the competition is fierce, and life is very convenient. It's a slow pace here, and the restaurant outside closes early in the evening. This hotel is very affordable at this price, the room is big, the air is very good, the view here is also very beautiful, there are two mountains nearby. The hotel's free breakfast, although not many types, but full of fried rice, eggs and coffee. There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The slopes in Indonesia look so steep, narrow and steep.

Firstly was afraid because there are no reviews.. but everything is great, hot water, clean rooms, locations is not far from waterfalls, breakfast is good, but do not have many choices. they dont have AC but I think you do not need, kinda cool temperature in that place

Farther more has very beautiful green mountains around, high quality of services and facilities. Clean Room and very cozy bed. Good breakfast variety for options and tastes.

QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service.
At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024.
No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot
Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area.
Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible.
Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

TThe MentalistThe room is decent but the towel is a bit smelly, not that clean. The corridor's carpet too old so the look is dirty, need replacement. The breakfast is very indonesian although they also provide bread. The bread quite dry and they offer margarine instead of butter, chocolate sprinkles and unknown spread. The fruit is very limited. The parking lot is too small to accomodate all guests' vehicles. The last day of my stay there were 2 big buses parked in that small parking lot.
I could not sleep well as the noise from the vehicles pass by. This is inevitable as they also admit it. But the hospitality is very nice.

AAries TravellerThis is not the first time we have stayed in Novus. We love the design of their lobby. It's very cozy and elegant.
It looks like they renovated their room. The room is clean, but for some reason, they don't have rug outside the washroom. This occurred in all rooms that we booked (3 rooms).
When we called and asked for a rug, it took so long for them to bring one to our room. It seems that they were understaffed.
Novus is just perfect for a family getaway. They have a kids club, golf court for kids, horse riding, and art activity, and you can bring your kid to feed the rabits.

AAstonoOverall it's quite good, only the mattress is already crushed so sleeping is uncomfortable, also the sound level in the room is not good so sleep is disturbed by noise from outside the room. The swimming pool is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel location is strategic and easy to reach.

GGuest Uservery good, got rinjani 5. I ordered rinjani 4 earlier but there was a mistake from the resort, he said the online order email was too late so it took precedence over the offline order. At first I was a bit upset because it wasn't confirmed at the beginning, but in the end I was even happy because it turned out that Rinjani 5 was really good. It looks better than Rinjani 4 which is cornered and looks a bit creepy because of the corner hehe. It's really quiet here, it's very quiet on the side of the road. for the cafe is top parahh, the food is all delicious especially the bogor soto is highly recommended. the service is also okay, the only downside is that the pool can't be used when it arrives. It is highly recommended to wear thick clothes because it is very cold here. next I want to come here again🫶🏻
