Nice view over there in the castle like property and beautiful environment for the tranquility in the village. Yet, it took me about two hours to reach there from the train station by walking (late arrival by giving the credit to the silly European airlines operation), and it costs me $35 euros equivalent to get out there to the train station by FREENOW (European Uber). All in all, nice place, bad transportation unless you have a car ready.

First time staying in Ciampino in this renovated farmhouse. The structure as a whole is beautiful and the room in which I stayed for 3 nights is beautiful. Kind and attentive staff in all my requests. Varied and abundant buffet breakfast. Positioned in the hills just above the city of Ciampino with an enviable view of Rome. I highly recommend.

Splendid location, excellent and super abundant breakfast. We arrived after the check-in deadline but were promptly notified and made themselves available to find a solution. It's a shame there isn't a catering service available because with the terrace and the outdoor space but also the internal room with the fireplace, they would make the experience truly fantastic. I would say I leave this as the only option to be perfect.

I booked 4 rooms to host relatives and friends for my daughter's baptism. Everyone was enthusiastic about the welcome, the services and the cleanliness of the rooms. It's more 3.5 than 3 but you can't give half a vote and I think it's right to encourage something to improve. The place is fantastic, quiet and suggestive....good maintenance on the outside, nice clean rooms and good breakfast.....up to this point we would have a well-deserved 5 stars, unfortunately there are too many details that bring the rating down. First of all the maintenance of the room: the walls had many signs of dirt and would need to be repainted, but what is worse is seeing some parts peeling from the damp, re-plastered and not painted. The bathroom is a bit small, but what's worse is the shower: too small and above all with the box to be changed and the wall all moldy. Furthermore, both the water and the temperature of the room were too extreme (lukewarm water and a cold room when we arrived which never managed to heat up completely), plus the noisy air conditioner which we were forced to turn off at night. I wish this was a constructive criticism, because the place deserves 5 stars!!! So I would recommend an extra maintenance effort and you will have a fabulous place. Given the location we still relaxed, even if without a shower :-)
