房間設施很有質感，酒店位置絕佳 ，除了第一次來的時候不太好找。每次辦入住的時候前台都會問 需不需要發票 需不需要停車券，以及告知早餐地點和時間，這點非常棒

地理位置蘇寧廣場旁很贊，房間面積一般，整體環境和早餐種類品質中等一般水平，部分牆壁上有污點劃痕，洗澡間地面有發黃，電視機較小且無智能網絡電視功能。窗户外面是停車場及進小區道，較臟亂差，同時前台、餐廳與入住房間有一小段距離，恰逢下雨來往很不方便，而且電梯環境較小較差，走廊過道地毯差且有點臟，房間要七轉八繞，相比我經常住的全季酒店的環境和配置性價比差太多。唯一最大的優點是蘇寧廣場，但酒店價格相對比較高，性價比一般，看大家自己需求。

説啥好呢，雖説不臨路，但是旁邊是小區，晚上可能是中秋節的緣故，凌晨有喝醉酒的人，摔酒瓶子，耍酒瘋，樓層（總共三層）太低導致晚上睡不好！早餐中規中矩，兩棟樓，不是很方便！電梯很臟，不會再去住！

非常愉快的入住體驗，先説説好的哈，位置比較靠近琅琊山，周邊吃喝玩樂都很方便，辦入住時前台全是小哥哥，服務態度也很nice！辦完入住還送了一袋零食，入住前提前有跟攜程備註希望給一個安靜的房間，安排入住的房間確實比較安靜，房間裏面還有一道門，兩扇門不僅隔絕聲音也很有安全感，房間也很大，衞生也比較乾淨，早餐也不錯，選擇性也多，口味也不錯，因為是錯峯出行遊玩，這個價格入住性價比還是很高的！再説説不足的，浴室衹有一個掛鈎，沒有浴巾架，浴巾在外面的洗手枱下，離浴室有點距離，浴室沒有淋雨拖鞋，因為穿的是一次性拖鞋就是鋪了地巾洗完澡去拿浴巾還是會因為地面濕滑容易滑倒，洗手間的地面的瓷磚有破損，洗手枱上面的擦手巾看上去黑乎乎的，如果不能換新我建議不如不要放了，不然反而造成不好的觀感呢…總之還是比較推薦的，下次如果來滁州還會選擇入住的

重點説明一下酒店的早餐真的如果不含早餐就沒必要特意買了，品類很少，唯二的現煮的麪條餛飩，餛飩我八點半去就沒了，然後煮麪的阿姨也是糊裡糊塗的，我先讓她給我煮我去拿別的東西逛一圈回來好了這一鍋次的麪都給別人了，我還要再等一輪，結果後面來了兩個客人跟我一樣的都是繞一圈回來要再等一輪的，另外兩個客人都在説她不按順序給人的我想着人多嘛又是五一節假日，我體諒她不在這樣場合下跟着她們一起説她，結果阿姨把我當軟柿子捏了，我最先來的我們仨站在這裏因為他麼兩個説了她，她直接把麪先給她們了，我還説了句我先來的，阿姨也蠻搞笑的，還特意問了我們仨喜歡吃硬一點還是軟一點的麪，拜託我説了我喜歡吃硬一點的完了還把煮的最久的給我最後一個給我，給他們倆的時候還來句先給你哦怕你久等了，我不是人嗎？我就可以久等是嘛？以後還得該噴就噴，忍不了一點^_^這件事情非常的噁心人，其他的前台服務人員都挺好的，衹有這個阿姨腦子不清楚的，按順序來沒有任何人説什麼，搞這些東西，無語死了
服務：入住的時候前台都很好因為我中午就到酒店的時候房間還沒打掃出來説是要半小時我們就先去吃了午餐再過來，但是吃了一圈再來還沒有打掃好所以前台幫忙升級了房間，還送了兩個伴手禮，到這裏為止一切都挺好的，服務我也不差評挺滿意的，早餐真的沒必要吃，品類太少了，咖啡機需要清理咖啡渣殼也一直沒人處理，咖啡也沒喝到，橙汁都是墊底了也沒有人及時補充，煎蛋都涼了，餛飩八點多就沒了，麪條也一般
