I usually always stay here when I go to XuZhou, except when the weather is too hot in the spring and fall (this is a big problem with many hotels in China, they do not turn on the cold air until they decide it’s hot enough). Staff. Is extremely helpful !

十分滿意環境和服務，每日早餐真得是太幸福了，以及每日打掃，前台以及工作人員都十分友好禮貌。且酒店位於滁州商業路段，逛街和吃飯都很方便，門口就是公交站。

外看是個正規傳統賓館。客房不大也不小，沒有沙發，但一個人住也夠了。服務態度還好，到客房不久，就送來了牛奶與餅乾，儘管是2023年底的，還在保質期內。晚上看電視，突然停電，與前台打電話後，一會兒就來電了，不知是前台將房卡設定錯誤？還是插房卡的設施出了問題？沒有弱電插口，手機與充電寶不能同時充電。早餐不錯，儘管肉菜不多，但主食豐富多彩。

一個人住還是性價比很高的，整體賓館非常的規範，看得出來是老牌的星級酒店也應該是當地比較知名的品牌，各種地方都細節做得很到位。管理很成熟，前台的服務人員也非常的熱情。

第二次預訂了，因為滿意。離滁州北站非常近，周邊有蘇寧購物廣場也方便，一部公交40分鐘到滁州站。還有歡迎小食

白雲賓館地理位置優越，周邊逛吃十分方便，交通四通八達，新年的氛圍濃厚，曾經在這片土地上工作了20年，如今故地重遊分外感慨，白雲雖然是個老賓館，但是衞生一點不輸新酒店，床品舒適，地毯清潔，毛巾潔白，下次還會再次入住，唯一不足之處是早餐的管理不夠人性化，那位高個子的領班態度冷漠無情，兇巴巴的樣子，非常不舒服，希望以後改正。
