Jianhua International Hotel

We arrived around 4pm, our rooms are not ready, the reception does not say sorry at all and does not find a solution for us. We had to wait in the hotel for more than an hour. The reception took my number saying that they will call me when it is ready but not at all. The rooms are not clean, the carpets and comforters in the family room are visibly dirty. A comb from the guests before us was left on the armchair... There is also a lot of noise, almost all night long. Very poorly insulated with the party atmosphere of the city, impossible to sleep well. The quality of service is very low. A member of staff knocked lightly on the door and then entered our room directly to bring us slippers, when she was in the wrong room. Is it not normal to knock and wait for the person to answer before entering? In addition, all the questions we asked at reception or by phone, we received answers with an unpleasant attitude. Everything is old and not cleaned well. No slippers or toothbrush for children. In short, a really bad experience.

知道是在鬧市區，會有車水馬龍的聲音，可以理解，也可以接受。但是房間一晚上嗡嗡響，長者、小孩、包括自己都沒有睡好，當時訂的時候選擇了平台上相對價格高一點的就是想稍微好一點，但是最後還是不盡人意，。訂的是套房，廁所與睡覺的地方沒有門，即使是一家人，上廁所、洗澡都很尷尬。這次堅決差評。

位置很好，高速路口邊，緊鄰古鎮，距市中心也近。停車方便，有專人管理。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全。前台及保潔人員服務水平高。早餐品種齊全，味道不錯，麪、米線、餌絲和卷粉都有。
