Several young ladies gathered together to talk about important topics. I wanted a room facing the sun, and they arranged two rooms diagonally opposite us. I was quite happy that they arranged it facing the ancient town, but I saw that the opposite side was full of homestays and parking... The other room was facing the inside of the hotel. If the front desk had known that there was no good scenery in the ancient town, they would have arranged it for me inside the hotel... Without saying a word Because my family didn't want to bother the hotel, I didn't ask the hotel to change the room! Breakfast: There are not many varieties, the porridge is praised, and the pickled mustard next to it is very good for the porridge. I poured a cup of tea, which was full of tea dregs and couldn't be drunk at all.

I always stay here when I go to Chuxiong. This time is special. It was during the Spring Festival. When I arrived, it was already 2 am. They still charged the full price. It was a bad experience. The waiter was just bullying the customers. I don't want to stay here anymore. I may not stay here again for such service.

How should I describe this hotel? The location is quite convenient in the city of Chuxiong, but there is no harm without comparison. The Yi Ancient Town is really different from Dali and Lijiang. The hardware of the hotel room is actually quite old, the details are not well done, and the sound insulation is particularly poor. The waiter felt that his professionalism was not good. When I checked out the next day, I made suggestions, but the front desk waiter was not professional at all and was indifferent throughout the whole process😐.

The room is very big, the bathroom is super big, in front of it is the Yi people ancient town, the breakfast is good, with local characteristics and a little Western food. There is also a midnight snack, the matcha cake is super loved by the children!

The sink drain was clogged and drained very slowly. I called the front desk once and asked them to send someone to deal with it. I went to the front desk in person to inform them again. Both times, they answered: "The sink drain is indeed slow. Just pull out the plug of the drain." They showed a nonchalant attitude towards the problem. Pull out the plug of the sink drain with your hands? Let me ask you: if you stay in a star-rated hotel, and you are asked to pull out the plug of the drain with your hands? How do you feel? Is this a facility that a hotel should have? Is it the "service" that should be there? In my opinion, the professional quality of the front desk is very poor and the ability to handle problems is very weak. May I ask: where is the management of the hotel?

The hotel is in a good location. The room has a large balcony with a good view. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. There are many local snacks for breakfast, and you can try the Yunnan flavor.
