Hotel 1-2-3 Kofu Shingen Onsen

I used a credit card to pay, but the terminal was not working properly so I tried again twice. Later, when I checked the payment notice from the credit card company, I found that I had been charged twice. I immediately contacted the hotel, but they insisted that one of the charges had been canceled. After much confusion, it turned out that the hotel had not canceled the reservation, and I had to call the hotel and the credit card company, which was a lot of hassle and made me feel uncomfortable. Please be careful, everyone. It's always a good idea to check. I've been using credit cards for a long time, but this is the first time I've been charged twice. I won't be staying there again.

I ended up staying in Kofu on short notice, and after checking out a few dozen business hotels, I booked this one because it had one room available. When I arrived, the exterior was a rundown hotel in an old hot spring town. I entered the entrance and checked in at a cluttered front desk. The receptionist was a completely unfriendly, part-time worker who didn't really understand how to check in, and the seniors were like, "It's a different story." If the room was good, I wouldn't have any complaints, but it was a long time since I've been hit with a door that doesn't have an autolock and you turn it with a key. I only cleaned the bed. Cleaning. The toilet and bath in the room were a little too scary to use. The size seems like it could accommodate one or just two people, but the bed mattress was very humid. I had to walk to a place like an annex to get to the large public bath, and there were empty baths here and there in the areas where there should have been several originally. Honestly, if they're not going to use them, they should be considerate enough to cover them with a lid, otherwise what would it be like on weekdays if it's like this during the holiday season? ? The parking lot, which was quite large, was messy, which is a shame considering the good location. I hope the major business hotel chains will renovate and reopen. If things stay the way they are, I will never return.

Good value for money. Free breakfast is included, but since the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of items has been reduced, which is a bit disappointing. Some items are not replenished, so I recommend going early. The facility itself is quite old. The front desk staff are kind. Some rooms have poor air conditioning. The amount of hot spring water pumped up has decreased over the past few years, so the bath temperature is low and some baths have no water in them, so if you are looking forward to the hot springs, you may be disappointed. There is also a sauna, but only one person can enter at a time as a COVID-19 countermeasure.

ホテル自体は古いです。気にする方はやめればいいだけです。何回か泊まらせて頂きましたがいつも満足です。飲み物無料、朝食付きでの宿泊料の安さその上温泉付きこれだけの好条件ホテルないと思います。

何度か利用させてもらってます。建物自体古いですが温泉が凄く良いです。 今回は、満室だったのかでホテル敷地内の駐車場はいっぱいでした。 場所も良くまた利用します。 家族風呂利用しましたが広くてとても良かったです。

とても心地いい一晩を過ごさせて頂き最高でした。ありがとうございました。 温泉も最高で日頃の疲れをしっかり癒すことが出来ました。貸し切り風呂は広々としていて、ゆっくりとできて最高です。 スタッフの皆様の対応は心暖まる対応を頂き、家内共々、感謝しております。 レストランの食事も満足のいくもので、夕食の定食も、朝食のバイキングもしっかりと頂かせて頂きました。 また山梨に行く際には、利用させて頂きたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

もう何回もお世話になっています。最高のホテルです。甲府に行った時は必ずここのホテルを゙予約します。惡いホテルだと思った人はもう行かなくても良いと思う。私はこれからもお世話になります。ただあまりにも良い温泉なので地元の方が入りにいらっしゃるのですが時間によっては混みますね。宿泊者と日帰り入浴の時間を゙もう少しずらして頂けると嬉しいです。朝ご飯もバイキングでこんなに色々食べれるんだといつも感心しています。

何度かのリピーターです。 コロナ禍の際にもお世話になりました。 その頃と比べれば朝食もかなり自由になりました。ここである程度お腹いっぱいにして気分よく出発し、1日用事をこなしてるので助かります。 お部屋も色んなタイプで宿泊しましたが、ツインの部屋は広くて良かったですがシングルはちょっと狭いかな？なので今回ダブルベッドルームに泊まったら 部屋は狭いですがベッドが広くて快適でした。 とにかくお風呂はとてもいいです。色々市内の宿泊施設に泊まってますがここはお風呂だけでもゆっくり滞在したいと思うホテルです。

もう何回お世話になったか。ヘビーリピーターです。ホテル自体は古いですがお風呂は良いです。かけ流しでサウナもありますからね。更に朝ごはんバイキングまであってコスパ最高です。寝坊してちょっと遅くなってしまったんですがゆっくり食べて下さいとお店の方にも声掛けて頂いて慌てず食べる事が出来ました。嬉しかったです。宿泊者以外の方がお風呂に結構来るので時間ずらした方が良いです。それだけお風呂が良いんでしょうね。あと1階の甲斐路レストランで夕食したんですがカレーほうとう美味しかったです。
