First time we make use of this park and sleep concept.

It is practically on the 4 River Trail. You can park your bike in the garage and the room is directly above it. Everything you could wish for is there. Restaurants and a supermarket are within easy walking distance.
What you should know is that there are no walls in the room: the bathtub, shower, toilet and bed are all in one room.
