I had a comfortable night's rest while enjoying the Suanbo hot spring water. It was nice to walk around Woraksan Mountain nearby. I was lucky to be able to enjoy nature as it is with a 1-hour round-trip course.

The hot spring water was good. The facilities are very old, the floor in the room creaks, the breakfast is too poor, the bread is stiff, there is no fruit, and the coffee is the cheapest hotel mix coffee. The hotel is not as good as a motel.

When booking on Trip.com, it is obviously equipped with a bathtub, but when you check in, it is said that it is a room with a shower booth, and a room with a bathtub requires an additional charge. 수안보 첫 여행을 라마다 호텔로 왔는데 크리스마스임에도 불구하고 가성비 있게 하루 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 온천도 지하에 있고 가격도 8천원 입니다. 피로를 풀기에 좋습니다!

최신식의 예쁜 구조의 룸은 아니고 오래된 건물이지만 리모될링되어 깔끔하고 비렉스 안마의자 구비되어 있고 일반 사우나도 있지만 개별 룸 욕조에서 온천수를 즐길수 있어 편리했어요

대부분 온천을 위해 숙소 예약할것으로 예상함. 다만 이용시 불편함이 있어 간단히 정리함. 1. 남자 사우나에서 습식.건식 사우나 수리로 인해 이용 불가 -＞ 사전 안내 없었으며, 이로 인해 만족도 크게 떨어짐 2. 예약확인 전화 통화시 문의한 사우나 이용 금액의 차이 -＞ 전화통화시 이용료 9,000원이라고 안내 받았으나, 실제 프론트에서 결제시 인당 13,000원 금액 상이한 부분에 대해 설명이 없었음 사우나 이용하는데 건식,습식 사우나 고장이면,, 프론트에서 결제 전이라도 안내를 해주던지, 또는 할인된 금액을 제시했어야 함 이로 인해 이용객들 문제제기 하는 사례 현장에서 여럿봄 그 외에는 만족함

깨끗하고 넓은 실내 좋습니다 일 하시는 직원 분들도 친절 하셔서 궁금한일은 모두 물어 보고 이곳 저곳 여행 다녔어요. 감사합니다
