"The room is nice and clean. We enjoy the warm floor and the reception staff speaks very good English. The hotel has children play area, and the 7-11 is just right at B2. We even doesnt need to go out for buying ice cream. The car parking is free. They have enough sign to show the parking area.
Just one point was not much appreciate. Our room door was got someone opened at the mid-night without ring the bell. A person(not sure is male or female) came in and got out. This made me awake and couldnt fall to sleep again. This didnt awake our baby luckily.
Obviously the person was a staff, and got a key card to open the door.
We reported to the reception when we check out in the morning. However, the staff couldnt tell the reason. We could only give a reminder about checking the cctv, and this affected our experience well."
"I made a reservation from Monday to Sunday, but I was so sad that breakfast wasn't served. I was curious... But the location was great. The amenities were clean and the air conditioning worked well, which was nice."
"Located near Gongjicheon in Chuncheon, it was great for a morning walk.
Another fun thing is to visit the top floor of the 16th floor and see the panoramic view of Gongjicheon Stream and Jungdo Island. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Satisfied with the low price. The water flow in the shower room is a bit weak."
"We got the Deluxe Family Bunker, which had a bed and a bunk bed - perfect for a family of four! The hotel is new and super clean, and the room was well-stocked. We were surprised to find a kitchenette in the room - including a washing machine. There was no laundry detergent or dryer, but it works great for doing a few essential clothes. There are at least three convenience stores and multiple restaurants in easy walking distance of the property. We liked the hotel so much, we decided to return a couple nights later after changing our plans."
"Hotel is actually an officetel, with very small space. However suitable for us as we are looking for a place to stay. There is a convenient store on the 1st floor, and another just outside the building. Also there are restaurants nearby which is convenient. The front office staff gave us a set of body wash, body lotion, and hand cream when we checked in, he said it's a free gift. The hotel has a parking tower on the same building however it cannot fit in an SUV car, so we have to park in a building that is about 100m away. Upon check-out the front office gave us parking coupons to pay for the parking fee."
"We had a great stay here! Our family of 5 needed a place to stay close to Legoland that met our sleeping needs and also didn’t cost an outrageous amount. This was affordable and slept us all comfortably and the staff was so kind and welcoming to us! We forgot our American to Korean outlet converters and they had one already set up in the room to charge apple phones! The only downside for us was breakfast because we are used to American style so our kids were not a fan of eating the sandwiches they offered but loved the kids juice boxes. There is a Gs25 and 7-Eleven in walking distance along with some other food places we passed on our walk too. Highly recommend this place!"
"Good experience with Legoland Resort Hotel! The location is very close to the Legoland Park. Many facilities within the hotel, but nothing to play in the legoland in winter. Most of the games was closed. Hopefully we can spend a whole day in the hotel."
"This is the accommodation we visited during our trip to Sokcho.
We stayed with two adults and a 10-year-old, and the location was great, being centrally located.
Since we only stopped by to sleep after a day of sightseeing, we didn't have high expectations, but it was a good value for the money.
However, some things to keep in mind:
1. The elevator was a bit strange. It said it went to even and odd floors, but it didn't seem to work. When I pressed the down button, it didn't work. Some buttons just worked, while others recognized my card key and went back and forth.
2. The room was carpeted, but there were no slippers. It was a bit disappointing.
3. There were three vendors at the front desk. Besides M83, there were two others, so please double-check before you go.
4. The cleanliness was a bit disappointing.
We were just playing around, so we didn't want to go out, so we used the restaurants in the shopping mall right in front. There was a convenience store, so it was fine. Parking was a concern, but that was fine (probably because it was the end of peak season).
The pool was unusable, probably due to renovations, but there was an arcade and board games, which my child enjoyed. Overall: Awkward elevator, disappointing cleanliness. Fun entertainment facilities, affordable rates."
"I stayed there for almost a week. It was very enjoyable and relaxing! Nearby was a great roadhouse burger joint, and several convenience stores. Nearby is also Gongji Sagori, where you can take a bus to seemingly anywhere in Chuncheon! The service was very good, with fresh towels and water delivered every day, even if you have requested no room service for those days. The receptionist also gave me exact address for someplace I required!"

Great
BB__WWe had previously stayed at this hotel and came back because we loved it. However, the style of room we booked earlier was unavailable, but the Junior Bella Suite looked inviting, so for more money than we previously spent, we booked it. Upon checking in, we were told that our family of four could not stay in the room we booked. After much back and forth, we had to pay more money to get extra bedding to bed someone on the floor for the night. The room we got was advertised on Trip as a king bed and a sofa bed, but Bella doesn't consider the sofa to be a bed, so they don't provide bedding for it. It seems there has been miscommunication between Bella and Trip, which is unfortunate. The hotel is a good one, and the room was clean, large, and well-stocked. It would have been a great experience had we felt welcome rather than confused and frustrated, with a bitter taste in our mouths. We would still stay here again, but next time, I will be extra careful, contact the hotel, and make sure a family of four can actual stay in the room as advertised.
JJackiewmThis is a super good experience, the homestay environment is very beautiful, there is a cute clean small pool. The owner of the hotel is super good. The owner knows that we have not prepared food for barbecue at night. He immediately picks us up to buy food at the nearby supermarket. At night, he also prepares a delicious raw fruit plate for us. It is very kind.
There are also three cute dogs from the boss, all of them are very close. The boss knew that we were not traveling by car, and sent us to the station in the morning. Thank you very much for the boss's help. I will definitely come again next time I have a chance and recommend it to friends.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious, has 2 bathrooms and toilets make usage convenient for a family. We stayed there because we went skiing in Elysian so it’s 15 min drive. I don’t think it’s very accessible by public transport.
Interior design is a bit strange, combining colorful and traditional wooden bulky furniture, the wall is painted black and there is only one small window in the big living room so the feeling is dark, and the led light hanging on the second floor fence don’t work. So I would say facility and hygiene is just ok , but the price kind of explain this, so it’s acceptable.
GGuest UserThe location of the resort was fantastic, ski in ski out. The staff gave us a room with 4 beds and a kitchen so everyone got a bed instead of having 2 of us sleep on the floor. The condo was warm and had everything we needed. There were lots of space and definitely big enough for a family of 4 with 5 suitcases. The breakfast was super and the restaurants there provided the variety needed for the 4d5n. In addition, there were more food choices in the skiing area. They have a carpark in the basement and we didn’t move our hired car the whole duration. The cleaner only came in to give us towels and they never cleaned the room though. They only had a handful of hangers so it was just enough for the ski coats. Only new little towels were provided, but we knew ahead of time so we brought our own big towels. For what we paid, I am extremely pleased with what we got. If we do come back to this ski resort, we will definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserI had a hard time checking in. The front desk is not manned, and the self check in information is in Korean, which I don't understand. Fortunately after waiting for a while a Korean couple arrived and they helped me. other than that the place is fine.
쁑쁑쁑이It is very convenient as it is close to the central market and food in the middle of the city.
It didn't smell like cigarettes, so I used it very comfortably.
The bathtub was bigger than I expected, so it was very nice!!!
It's such a great place for the price

아아이러브트립1031I made a reservation in a hurry because the kids' competition was in Songam Sportstown. I only went to sleep, so I paid attention to the cleanliness and location, but it was 10 minutes drive and I thought it was an old motel, but the rooms and bathrooms were clean and the water was good. The mattress is a bit hard, but it wasn't bad for the price. It was nice to have water and drinks, and it was nice to have a dryer. It was nice to take a walk for a while because the front of the motel is by the river! There are plenty of parking spaces and I think I will use it again later.
GGuest UserBooked a family suite, the room was very clean, there was a kitchen but no kitchenware, so it was equal to no. Compared to the same motel, it was cleaner. It was a bit strange to have hot and cold water in the bath, and the hot water alternated with cold water. There is a small sofa and TV in the living room to watch. Overall, it is said that this price is very good, cheaper than the local Korean. It is about ten minutes drive from legoland, and there is a large Lotte supermarket within 8 minutes drive. Opposite the hotel is the riverside.
GGuest UserPlace is okay and location is okay- requires a taxi from Gapyeong station or bus that comes only every hour, I believe.
The room was probably below average standard- not the cleanest and an interesting bedding situation that involved one person sleeping on the living room floor, on top of layered blankets/mats, but as young lads we got on with it!
Located near a number of water parks, which is cool!
Host is really nice as well- he drove us to Gapyeong station the morning we checked out, for free, which was very kind.
Overall, I’d say it’s a good stop for a night when looking to explore Nami island / Gapyeong but not somewhere you’d want to stay for a long time.
