as soon as we got there the hotel had no parking area for our car to park, second we got checked in and went to our room and the AC was not working. It was blowing warm air & it only got hotter and hotter like the sauna, we had to change room in our own demand even though they keep saying the fixed the AC but it did not. It was a hassle and language barrier was not helpful. Also the amenities only applied to JACKSON 9 Hotel which they share the Elton hotel with but we don’t get any of those like the adult bar, or play area for kids you had to pay 10,000 won per person if you are checked in the other hotels. Overall not a fun experience and won’t be planning to go back.

Excellent room price/quality. Everything is clean and comfortable.

Located near Gongjicheon in Chuncheon, it was great for a morning walk. Another fun thing is to visit the top floor of the 16th floor and see the panoramic view of Gongjicheon Stream and Jungdo Island. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Satisfied with the low price. The water flow in the shower room is a bit weak.

It's very close to the station and Chuncheon Myeong-dong. There are supermarkets and markets about ten minutes' walk away. The rooms in the Jakson Hotel are mixed together and are smaller than expected. You can still hear the sound of cleaning when you check in at three or four o'clock.

Good value for money

It was so nice. I felt good because the view was clear. I think I will stay here in Chuncheon from now on haha. The front desk staff was also really friendly💖

The facilities overall were good for the price and had basic amenities, so it was okay! However, I felt that the soundproofing was not good when I was sleeping (sounds of singing from nearby buildings, doors opening and closing in the hallway, etc.) Those who are sensitive sleepers may be a little concerned~

It's a bit dirty due to poor cleaning. The room is small, but it is literally a bed room filled with beds.

The location is good for Legoland and Elysian Gangchon. Location and price are satisfactory, but overall room management is poor. There was a leak in the sink and the floor was soaked. Port is broken and won't open Mattress is hard, pillow is too high

It was so cold that I couldn't sleep at all. The facility was clean and the location was good, but the heater was broken and didn't work well. I turned it on all night, but the temperature stayed at 19 degrees, and in the end, both my child and I got a bad cough and cold, and it felt like we were dying. Warm air started coming out, but then suddenly cold air kept coming out, and even though I turned it on all night from 5pm at the set temperature of 26 degrees, it was 19 degrees until morning. I was so cold all night that I had to return home on Sunday without being able to go anywhere else. It's been a long time since I decided to go on a trip to Chuncheon, but it ended so sadly and I feel bad about the aftereffects.

First of all, it's great that I was able to make a reservation at such a good price. I was a little hesitant about the review saying that it is in the same building as Jackson Nines and that there is no parking lot. However, you can get to the parking lot within a 2-minute walk, and considering the price, it's actually really good. At that price, it feels like it is cheaper than motels in Chuncheon city. Hotel condition is very good. Good facilities on the 2nd floor. Good bedding. Anyway, it was a very good trip.

It was a double + single room, but I was surprised that only the single bed was so hard. There was something on the mat, but it wasn't very comfortable. There is no hot water. This was fixed later, but it still sucks...

1. The air conditioner makes too much noise when running - I can't adjust the air conditioner. 2. The room is too small for a family trip. It has a 4-person bed, but you can only sleep. It's hard to move around. 3. The non-equal lamp is broken and cannot be used.

It was our first family trip in a while, and thank you for providing us with a clean and warm room. I will use it again next time.
