Hotel was almost empty due to the coming typhoon but when we asked to have a lake view we were told they were too full. Eventually after complaining that the pool was closed (due to government) and we were unhappy we got moved. Laundry service is available but we couldn’t use it as the person had gone home and no o e else knows how to use the machine. Breakfast was very Chinese, lots of carbs, mostly hot food that was cold. The bacon looked like slices of spam. There was cereal and toast but no butter or jam. The coffee was horribly weak and we were thankful we brought our own coffee maker. If not Starbucks is 2km away and delivers. Our rooms were not cleaned and we had to ask for more water and toilet paper. And in by ask I mean try once and then send my son to ask in his Chinese. The dead fish out my window was not nice
