Hotels in Southeast Lake District, Chun'an

A 5* hotel for Chinese customers, not international guests. The hotel facilities are really nice with nice bedrooms and the park around the hotel is a real plus. They also propose a lot of activities. On that side, this is up to intercontinental standards or even above. However, there were 3 points that were disappointing and for us are not up to standards for a 5 stars hotel: - no English-speaking staff is not acceptable for an international brand. We could not communicate at the reception or restaurant. - it is mentioned 4 restaurants are open on the website and in the public area (1 Japanese, 1 Chinese, 1 buffet and 1 international) while actually only 2 were opened : the Chinese and international one. The latter is not up to international standard: no dessert menu, drinks menu only available in Chinese and the quality was average at best. - Service for food and drinks is generally speaking very slow (1h to get hamburger while being the only customer/ +30mn to get drinks at the bar) even though the staff is nice.

The room is as clean and tidy as always, with complete facilities, electric curtains and screens, beautiful environment, and excellent service. The front desk reception, housekeeper service, and restaurant service are all very friendly. I really feel at home. Especially housekeeper Xiao Liu is really super nice. He can perfectly help you solve any requirements, including the bus route. He can carefully and patiently guide you. It's really great👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It’s was our first time in the resort stay only one night but our stay was very pleasant tks to all the staff very helpful, we booked garden view but they help us upgrade to lake view and special tks to MAKSIM for his hospitality and help, The resort it’s every well located easy to find , The room very clean and comfortable, the restaurant have very good and testy food, the breakfast buffet was great. All the recreational area are spectacular. I will definitely back to the resort.

It took 8 hours to drive from Shanghai to Qiandao Lake during the Qingming Festival. When I arrived at the hotel, the fatigue was relieved by the warm atmosphere in front of me, and even turned into excitement. The three-day and two-night stay was very good, and the holiday feeling was full. This is a very attentive hotel, with a low-key design and natural beauty (the photos were taken from the hotel). The hardware and ingredients are of high quality, and the subtle and warm service is a plus. I will choose Keren next time.

It was my first time here, and my first impression was that it wasn't very outstanding, but I was impressed by the hotel's small details and services. The overall decoration of the hotel is mainly industrial style, which is quite average, but the emphasis is on their integration of many beer elements and culture, including the decoration of the hotel lobby, beer books in the room, beer hangings, etc. The hotel's self-developed beer toiletries are very easy to use, with a light beer aroma, and it is also very convenient to eat. The room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot. The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue. Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around. Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy. Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

The room is large and clean, with complete facilities. The KTV has good sound quality. The songs are very complete, and you can scan the QR code to order songs The yacht trip is very pleasant. The food provided by the chef is also very good.

The room was very good, bigger than expected. The breakfast was also delicious, the facilities were relatively new, the front desk lady had already turned on the air conditioner in advance on the night we arrived, and the service was also very good. I was given a souvenir when I left

The room is similar to an apartment. Under the Sun Season Group, the whole Alpha City should be one. The package you bought is equivalent to the whole Alpha City. You can walk around and see it. The housekeeper Xiaojin is also very responsible. Basically, the message is sent in seconds. The incense needs to be made by appointment because of the time conflict, and we also took a bottle of incense to make up. There are also activities here at night, alpha night market, dozens of night stalls are mainly snacks, the atmosphere is good. Those with a baby can come to yo, do clay, glass handicrafts, a city can stay for most of the day

I had a fantastic stay at Haiwaihai Hotel! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and local dishes. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short distance from the stunning Qiandao Lake Scenic Area (Central Lake Area), where I enjoyed beautiful views and outdoor activities. Additionally, I was pleased to find several nearby restaurants offering halal food options, making it convenient for Muslim travelers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests. I highly recommend Haiwaihai Hotel for anyone visiting the area!
