The room is as clean and tidy as always, with complete facilities, electric curtains and screens, beautiful environment, and excellent service. The front desk reception, housekeeper service, and restaurant service are all very friendly. I really feel at home. Especially housekeeper Xiao Liu is really super nice. He can perfectly help you solve any requirements, including the bus route. He can carefully and patiently guide you. It's really great👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very satisfied, pleasant scenery, clean room, balcony suitable for watching the sunset.
The weather was hot and I didn't have time to go to the swimming pool. The outdoor swimming pool at the high-speed rail station is a great place to go at night.
You must try the dim sum buffet in the Chinese restaurant, it's delicious.

Its been a long time we haven't stayed in a hotel with a such great staff! Everyone were so friendly and proactive in helping and making sure we had what we needed. kenneth took care of us upon arrival and immediately added my WeChat. The hotel facilities are amazing with a great indoor swimming pool and indoor playground for kids. The outdoor area is also great which will for sure comeback during the summer time to enjoy it. Location is also super nice with the lake just across the road and very easy to find places to eat around.

We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend

My second stay was just as wonderful! We visited for the first time in September 2022 with our family, including the elderly and children. All meals were included, the facilities were comprehensive, and the service was impeccable.
The hotel is very quiet and all-inclusive! It's perfect for a leisure trip or a family trip! The service was also very satisfying! A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Zhu! Highly recommended! When we asked to upgrade from a twin to a king-size bed, the housekeeper was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much! 🙏
Highlights: Go-karts / Kids' playground / Indoor sports / KTV
Recommendation: The restaurant's food was fresh and delicious, and both adults and children enjoyed it.

The family traveled and the overall experience was very good.
1⃣️The hotel service was very enthusiastic. They always smiled when they met. I forgot to bring the child's toothbrush and asked the front desk. The sister at the front desk quickly helped us find it and gave us two children's toiletries. A fresh fruit was delivered every day for two days of stay.
2⃣️The address is quiet, very suitable for people who want to relax and rest. We drove by ourselves and arrived not long after getting off the highway. It is indeed by the lake. Even if the room is not by the lake, there are many public areas where you can quietly enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake. I recommend the fifth floor, and there is also an area outside the swimming pool on the first floor, with a particularly good view.

The hotel environment is good. Before checking in, Xiao Zhang added WeChat in advance and informed many details. The service was also very enthusiastic. The hotel is very large. This time, a total of three rooms were booked. The room was a bit dark, but it was okay. Next time, you can try a different room type. The hotel, swimming pool, and gym facilities are all available. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western. There are many choices. The room is fully covered by WIFI, the speed is superb, and the cost performance is very high. The bedding is also very comfortable. This time I caught the tail of the May Day holiday. The overall experience is good

The following points are worth praising:
The lobby manager Xiutian was very enthusiastic and sent welcome fruit drinks;
It is great to have a laundry room. I feel that having a laundry room has become a necessary condition for me to book a hotel in the future;
The breakfast is also good, quite rich. The children ate tea eggs, bread, white porridge and juice;
The children's playground is also good. The children played in it for a long time. It is a must-choose parent-child hotel for lying-flat travel with children;
I didn't experience the swimming pool because the weather was a little cold;
A small episode, there is a happy dog downstairs in the hotel. It doesn't have any class flavor. I envy it instantly when I see it. Why can't I be happy like him by playing with a branch?
In four days, two nights in Hangzhou and two nights in Qiandao Lake, I changed four hotels. I was more satisfied with Intercity and Novotel. The other two are ** what the hell, Huazhu is still quite reliable!

This was a spontaneous trip; we decided to go on a whim and booked it right away. The location was easy to find with navigation, situated behind a mountain. The parking lot was a bit of a walk, which could be inconvenient with luggage, but thankfully, there was always a shuttle bus available. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming; they provided detailed information, answered all our questions, and had an excellent attitude. The young lady at the desk was particularly helpful. The room was clean and tidy, but there was no trash can next to the toilet in the bathroom, which is quite inconvenient for female guests (if you know, you know). Our room overlooked the water park, but the water was absolutely freezing. It's supposed to be a family/kids' park, yet they just use icy cold tap water. This was a terrible oversight and completely impractical/inhumane. Finally, the absolute worst and most dissatisfying point was breakfast on the second day. The dining area was absolutely swarming with people – so much so that many guests had to stand and eat. Is your hotel truly this unprepared for such crowds? After traveling to so many countries, this was my first time ever having to stand for breakfast, especially here in Qiandao Lake.

I approached this stay with specific expectations.
1. **Unwelcoming Check-in.** We arrived just after 3 PM and joined the check-in queue. When it was finally our turn, the front desk staff directly informed us that our room wasn't ready and we would have to wait indefinitely. We were told to find something to do to pass the time. We ended up waiting until past 4 PM, and only received our room after multiple follow-ups. They also offered a room without a balcony as an alternative, but with no compensation or explanation. It felt very unaccommodating. We were simply left to wait with no updates. The front desk staff would only tell us to wait, then fall silent and look down, offering no further assistance.
2. **Indifferent and Unresponsive Service.** I had initially anticipated a warm and friendly atmosphere at this hotel, but it was quite the opposite. The overall service felt very cold; staff were unwelcoming, didn't greet guests, and often had stern expressions. It seemed everyone was exhausted (I later understood this was due to understaffing, which I attribute to management, not the hardworking staff). During check-in, I requested a higher floor three separate times, but the staff member showed no reaction, offered no acknowledgment, nor engaged in any conversation. It was incredibly off-putting. Luckily, we were eventually assigned a higher-floor room, so my request was apparently registered.
3. **Questionable Room Cleanliness.** The moment we stepped into the room, we found hair in the electric kettle and on the toilet. The toilet seat had brown stains, and there was noticeable dirt on the bathroom floor. I took pictures of all these issues and reported them to customer service through Trip.com's messaging. The response was that a manager on duty would contact us, but nobody ever did, and there was no follow-up. To be fair, I usually do a quick wipe-down myself, so I easily cleaned the toilet seat stains with alcohol wipes.
4. **Shuttle Service Woes During Morning Peak.** It was inconvenient to get a car/shuttle around 10 AM, during the morning rush. Given the high temperatures and our room's distance from the main building, a shuttle was essential. The front desk phone was engaged for nearly half an hour, and we then waited another half hour for the shuttle to arrive. This again points to a management issue: understaffing, leading to overworked and visibly tired staff handling calls.
5. **Poorly Managed Activities with Lack of Information.** While activities are available, their organization and information were lacking. As this isn't an all-inclusive resort, I took the time to research the free activities. The pool is good. Badminton is limited to four people and four rackets simultaneously, meaning you either need to arrive at the right time or wait. There's only one ping-pong table. The children's trampoline is quite small, more suited for toddlers than older kids who might quickly get bored. In-house guests are meant to be scanned at check-in for access to two mini-programs listing free activities that require booking. However, and this is crucial, many free activities require switching to a 'guest card' mode; a simple scan only registers you as a WeChat member, preventing activity bookings. The staff utterly failed to help us register our in-house guest status, causing us to miss out on booking opportunities. It wasn't until our very last day that I proactively went to the front desk to finally get our guest identity registered (by then, it was too late to be useful). Regarding the six complimentary activities, going in the evening is advisable to avoid the sun. They are all non-motorized and can be a bit tiring; for water-based ones like boating, trying one is usually enough (though feel free to try them all if you enjoy them – don't let them go to waste!).
All in all, this hotel fell significantly short of the warm, family-friendly experience I had envisioned. I had even considered paying for a full-day childcare package, but the robotic and indifferent service completely turned me off. I will certainly not be returning.
Let me stress again: I firmly believe all these issues are a result of the CM management team's shortcomings, particularly their lack of experienced hotel management professionals. It appears to be mostly young staff trying their best, but there's a significant shortage of manpower, contributing to slow cleaning and missed details. Even the young men driving the shuttle were ferrying guests in scorching heat, and the front desk mentioned they only had three drivers, so I am very sympathetic to their situation.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, the facilities and environment were very good. The front desk registration was done in a few minutes, and a fruit platter was placed at the door. I would like to mention that the dining environment was very good, and the circular competition venue outside the window was very beautiful! The fish head was delicious.

GGuitusaipao123The room is spacious and the washing machine is very convenient. The scenery outside the window is also good. The only downside is that it is far from the city center. There are not many takeaways that can be called. There is a small fried shop downstairs. The noodles have eaten several meals. The price of May 1st is quite expensive. If you come often, the price is very high.

GGuest UserPros:
1. Excellent location! It's right by the scenic area, on Fish Street, and just a 100-meter walk to the lakeside. This made it super convenient for dining, visiting attractions, and evening strolls.
2. The rooms were spacious.
3. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. They offered welcome fruit upon check-in and even gave us two bottles of cold brew tea for our high-speed train journey when we checked out.
Cons:
1. The soundproofing was poor. We could hear people talking and making noise from nearby rooms and in the hallway both in the mornings and late at night, which really affected our rest.
2. The central air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable, and it was also quite noisy.

GGuest UserI decided to stay at the last minute. The hotel service is great and the environment is good. The room is large and spacious. It is suitable for families with children. The location is also very convenient. There is Fish Street downstairs. You can also see a little bit of the lake from the room. The children like it very much.
It's just that it's a little noisy facing the street, and the air conditioner in the room is a little loud. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'll choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThere is a parking lot, and it is free to scan the code for parking. Self-driving people can come.
On the day I went there, it was upgraded to a parent-child room. The room was very big, and there was a balcony where you could directly view Qiandao Lake. However, on the second night of my stay, someone sang on KTV until 12:15, which was a bit annoying. Fortunately, I didn’t encounter it at other times. In addition, the lighting system in the room is really complicated. The various buttons are hard to find, and the curtains cannot be closed manually. You must press the button, which is not good after searching for a long time.
Facility: Not particularly new, but harmless
Environment: OK
Service: The service is very good and the attitude is good

GGuest UserEvery time I travel, I will go to a homestay similar to this kind of villa. To be honest, the villa homestay in Qiandao Lake is really average. First of all, breakfast, repeated requests for the landlord to send breakfast, this is still better, but it is not that we love to eat and the first day is not enough, it is recommended to put ingredients in the refrigerator for the guests to make it themselves, you can learn Anji refrigerator full of dumplings, buns, noodles, drinks, Popsicles, fruits and eggs are amazingly rich, and all are provided for free! The decoration and hygiene are better than this homestay experience. I don't know if it is because of the backing. There are moths and cockroaches sleeping at night, which makes the experience extremely poor. In short, the price is not high, not worth the price. The only regret is that I am busy taking pictures and forget to take pictures, otherwise it will be more convincing.

Rroxy-2I was a little nervous after reading the reviews before booking, but after we actually checked in, the host received us very warmly. There is also a cool aunt in the B&B who is not very talkative, but the cooking is really delicious. There is also a golden retriever in the B&B. Look Only when I saw that other guests could bring cats did I know it was pet-friendly! ! ! Big thumbs up! ! !
