The hotel is small, there are many restaurants nearby, the breakfast room is small, the breakfast variety is small, the loft is booked, the balcony is not considered at all when booking, I think the hotel room must have a balcony, so after I checked in, I found that there is no balcony or it feels a bit inconvenient, a bit blocked. The second floor will have a little smell of sewers at night, and the air conditioner is a bit cold when the window is opened. Even if the air conditioner is turned on, the exhaust air is blowing on the bed, so the air conditioner can be closed with the window closed, which is a bit stuffy. Although it is divided into two floors, the shower room and bathtub are on the second floor. If you stay in four adults, it will be a bit inconvenient to take a bath. The shower room design on the second floor is also not reasonable and not private enough. If there is someone upstairs to take a bath, then all people have to go downstairs. The hotel can't see the lake at all. The opposite door of the loft room is estimated to be a mountain view room. The mountain view room has a balcony. The scenery is completely inferior to another hotel I stayed in before. The hotel has entertainment facilities such as treadmills, billiards, children's slides. Because it is a National Day trip, the price is more expensive than usual, doubled. The staff is fine and polite. In addition to dissatisfied with the hotel designer, there is nothing wrong with it.

I came to Qiandao Lake to book this hotel. The location of the hotel is easy to find, the transportation is convenient, and the waiters are also very enthusiastic. I booked a simple twin room. I had a fantastic stay at Haiwaihai Hotel! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short distance from the stunning Qiandao Lake Scenic Area (Central Lake Area), where I enjoyed beautiful views and outdoor activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests. I highly recommend Haiwaihai Hotel for anyone visiting the area!
